^ If that ladder is configurable so that the rungs don't move down until you've put most of your weight on it, then that would be an amazing exercise.
Climbing ladders and running up stairs, or really doing anything where you're trying to move vertical takes a lot of energy. Climbing ladders is fun, but it's hard to find the opportunity to do it often. An endless ladder would be kickass.
