Man tries to sue people for making fun of his haircut

Man tries to sue people for making fun of his haircut

I'd really, really like to post this story. And not just because of the ridiculously hot girl this guy somehow managed to pull, but because it's yet another case of someone wanting to be a unique individual, putting themselves out there in an in-your-face-look-at-me way, then getting upset when it takes an unexpected turn.

The boy in the picture below, with aforementioned ridiculously hot girl, tried to sue for defamation when his haircut was publicly ridiculed on social media.

Bring back conscription, and let the drill sergeants sort these people out!

A Sydney man who claimed he was publicly ridiculed because of his mullet has suffered a setback in his defamation case against media organisations.

Ziggy Mosslmani was photographed at an 18th birthday party in Sydney in July last year by a professional photographer who then uploaded the photo to Facebook.

Within days the post went viral, spurring satirical memes and media stories about his haircut.

Mr Mosslmani claims he was ridiculed for his mullet after members of the public created photoshopped images of him and news organisations published the photos with headlines he claimed made him out to be ridiculous, ugly and a joke.

One article suggested his mullet hairdo belonged in the "Hairy Hall of Shame".

The original photo has been shared hundreds of times on Facebook and there are nearly 2,000 comments on the picture, while stories about the photo have been viewed more than 1.7 million times.

Plaintiff's 'striking' mullet fuelled internet interest: judge

District Court judge Judith Gibson struck out the teenager's imputations of ridicule and asked him to file an amended statement of claim.

In handing down her decision, Judge Gibson said most of the comments were humorous in nature.

"The plaintiff's striking mullet haircut has generated a great deal of interest on the internet, most of it humorous, and some of it in the form of clever observations, such as the 'Pythagoras' direction in one of the memes," she said.

The photographer, Jeremy Nool, said he had no idea the photo would make such an impact.

"It was one of the photos where everyone's dancing. I thought this is a good angle and the lighting was good," he said.
"When I put it up I didn't expect anything to happen, but it blew up and went viral."

A short bit of googling tells me that Lebanese kids in Australia have a fashion of wearing mullets, as evidenced by this hilariously gay-looking movie cover:

Honestly, that's an actual Australian movie. It's not a porn.

Its not the hairdos which make it look gay.

We also need more pictures of that girl he's holding onto.

This is only lame because it is a dude. There are women out there making a far bigger deal of irrelevancies than this man could even conceive. He just doesn't have the imagination or entitlement for it.

Take this woman:

[Image: 39C5296700000578-3878090-image-m-57_1477565053804.jpg]

She is suing a stylist for five million dollars because he failed to ensure that a haircutting demonstration remained a safe space:

Quote:Quote:

A $5million lawsuit filed on behalf of Michelle Kalinkina claims that Martino Cartier chopped away too fast to be safe during a public demonstration.

Why five million?

Quote:Quote:

She was left, documents lodged at a court in Manhattan claim, with a scar when he nipped her neck.

Was she a supermodel? Is this about lost earnings? Unlikely, according to the description from her own webshite:

Quote:Quote:

Freelance model Kalinkina's website describes her as a 'vintage wardrobe stylist'.

They probably make as much as a professional lullabyist.

No, it was the suffering:

Quote:Quote:

Kalinkina, 23, who is 5ft 10ins, claims the incident has caused her 'pain, shock and mental anguish'.

It's making mulletboy look more reasonable by the second.

And anyway, she should be suing the doctor who did her nose.

This is what happens when everyone is a special snowflake and is handed a participation trophy, even if they rode the pine of the last place team.

I was never hit as a child but a brief spanking put me back in my place when I was being a disrespectful dickhead.

Pretty soon people are going to get sued for accidentally bumping into someone on the sidewalk. I hate my generation.

I'm going to sue Sal's barbershop for seven trillion dollars because one time a newb stylist chinstrapped my beard instead of keeping it higher as I like and it ruined my game with a HB7 that week and it was distressing and bad

Is there something wrong with Ziggy's woman's right arm? It looks atrophied.

I'm definitely getting a tranny vibe, there. Those are some serious man-claws.

But gosh, judging by the picture the ratio of possibly might bang to corny guys at that basement basketball court is fantastic. I thought game was supposed to be difficult in Australia? And what's that in tighty-whitey's back pocket? A 1984 Los Angeles Olympics souvenir frisbee?

I would rock that haircut in my early 20's at the clubs.

I think that girl's hands appear big is just some camera perspective.
