Tonight on Mike Cernovich's Periscope he introduced a highly effective campaign called #FlyTheFlag. I am fired up over this movement and wanted to create a thread to share the concept. Mike introduces #FlyTheFlag by reading from Cialdini's Pre-suasion:

"In 2008, shortly before the presidential election between Barack Obama & John McCain, Americans in several states were surveyed online regarding their political attitudes & beliefs. Half saw a small American flag at the top left corner of their questionnaire as they began to answer the questions, the other half saw no flag. What happened. Those who had encountered an American flag on the prior questionnaire had voted for McCain at a significantly higher rate than the other participants."

In the periscope Mike discusses how we can subliminally affect the election by flying the American flag everywhere.

The reasoning behind this is that the American Flag is associated with republicans and Donald Trump, even though people don't consciously make the distinction. I can confirm this. I've only seen one Hillary shirt, and it was the LGBT pride rainbow edition worn by an ugly woman. I immediately associated Hillary with weird liberal cat ladies. We are doing the opposite by associating Donald Trump with AMERICA.
