It's the typical, average American, shitty diet!
(no offense to you RexImperator, I'm just being brutally honest)
Way too much sugar, dairy, low quality meat, processed food, preservatives, fast food, low quality bread, low quality red meat, liquid sugar, etc.
Very little fresh food.
Lots of prepackaged food filled with artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, etc.

This is what happens in our society... We work so much that our only enjoyment many days is melted cheese, sugary snacks, fake meat, etc.
We become addicted to the sugar, meat, and cheese!
This destroys our body.
Then, our confidence begins to waver..
We no longer feel attractive..
We stop going after the girls we want.
We settle for porn, pizza, and hamburgers!
WE NEVER GET HELP!
WE WALLOW IN SELF PITY
ALCOHOL, DRUGS, & MASTURBATION BECOME OUR REFUGE!
THIS IS A SLOW SUICIDE!

Eggs, turkey bacon, vegetables, a small amount of cheese
Whole grain bread
Fresh fruit
Protein shake
(less: real bacon, red meat, fake orange juice, yogurt, jam)

Protein shake/smoothie
(less donuts and sugary snacks)

Lunch:
Grilled or baked meat
Fresh vegetables
Soups, stews
Rice, beans, salads
Chicken, brown rice, broccoli
(less pizza hamburgers, chinese food, deli meats, low quality white bread, condiments, sauces)

Dinner:
Chicken/fish
Vegetables
Stir fried veggies with rice
Stewed chicken and veggies
Asian style chicken, rice, veggies
(less fast food)

- Only 1 hamburger per week!

- Less butter
