Why are some cultures more predisposed to cheating than others?

I remember Roosh made a comment that he noticed everybody cheats in Iceland. I also noticed a lot of Japanese cheat?
I'm more interested in Japanese predisposition in cheating.
My theory is that they have too much choice.
Another person said it's because of their porn has something to do with their higher rate of cheating.
What do you think?

Why are some cultures more predisposed to cheating than others?

I'd say that the majority of western cultures, or at least highly developed wealth "first world" nations, have come to develop a "me, me, me!" attitude of being self absorbed and self centered, everyone wants instant gratification, more or less "having your cake and eating it too". Girls want the nice, caring, loving, beta boyfriend, who will chill at home on a Thursday night, while they're out at the bar/club with their wild party girl girlfriends, taking shots of patron, and grinding with tall, buff, alpha dudes on the dancefloor. If they are "having too much fun" and get caught up in the moment, they want to be able to have wild sex that one night, but go back to their boyfriend the next.
I'd say it's really the degradation of our society and culture's morals, and many factors are attributed to this, but for the sake of your question, I would say it has a lot to do with the main stream media (tv, movies, magazines, etc.) You got MTV with it's glorification of dumb bitches (Jersey Shore, Teen Mom, etc.) when stupid, whores (Paris Hilton) are glamorized you have 12 year old girls across America and the world that uncounciously or subconciously are looking up to these whores, because they are on TV and made out to look cool, attractive, desired, etc. and emulate what they see.
I also think that sex is so pumped up in our culture and society, that it's hard to escape its influence, and since the vast majority of people are not self aware, they are operating largely based on subconcious and unconcious impules and drives, and as we all know sex is one of the greatest impulses and drives for all humans.
Now we also live in a culture that is so obsessed with looks, that both men and women are constantly looking to "trade up" so when a more attractive potential mate comes by, people often will cheat on the person they are with, in the hopes that they will move up the ranks so to speak. I also feel that women are in a time know where they feel totally entitled to act like complete whores, because they can, and it's acceptable to be that way. Also they have a self entitled "princess complex" where they feel that they are special and can do what they want, with little regard to anyone elses feelings.

This question would make a lot more sense if we were to assume that monogamy was actually human nature as opposed to social construct.

Chris Rock once said, "a man is about as faithful as his options."
