i've been thinkering with my morning habits and rituals for some time, seeking the ultimate day starter
i go to work and college after noon so i dedicate my mornings to work myself
usually starting at 7-9 hours
right now im on Intermittent fasting + keto diet (lost 8 kg so far and six pack is on the way) so i don't eat by morning, i just shug 2 liters of water right away to stop my stomach ache, take my chromium picolinate+240mg caffeine pill
then i do some myotatic crunches (one of the only abs exercise that works with full range of motion) to work my core

some lying leg extension,my knee is fucked up so i gotta strengthen my legs to walk correctly, i cant walk, jog or squat after waking up, for now
then ill go play the guitar (death metal on high volume)for a half hour, do some breathing and speech exercise from the zen of screaming dvd (one of the best vocal lessons on extreme singing out there)
I'll sing and play some soft songs to warm up and proceed to scream my lungs out(with proper technique)with heavier music, i usually start with this one, it pumps my T levels to the roof
starting the day with music helps me tap into my inner selfbeast (in contrast to my previous lame habit of waking up and running to facebook and feeling like shit afterwards) singing works my core and sets my speech to a more deep, dominant and confident tone for the rest of the day, its also very enjoyable and im a lot more productive
i finish the music ritual with some brief meditation, focusing heavily on my breathing
that took like 2 hours and half and im ready for the day
i work out at night so i dont go heavy on the exercises by morning, its more about tuning my psychology to a desired state of mind, since i always wake feeling wimpy and weak
working out by morning would be awesome but while im on IF(intermittent fasting) thats not possible
I can't work out by morning and only eat by 7 to 8 p.m
also i don't read or write to much until night, with the exception of checking out http://www.dangerandplay.com (Mikecf is a big influence)
