I don't want to defend this guy's bad game and bad taste in women. But I will say this:

10 years ago, when we lived in a somewhat normal world, he would have been let off with a warning. If he did it again, he would probably have been given another chance and maybe he would have been marked absent for his shift. The third time, probably fired.

Now all it takes is one mistake, one lapse in judgement, and you are done.

All this doesn't really apply to RVF (no one on this forum would send such horrendous messages), but it does say something about the state of man today.

The way I look at it is that his biggest mistake, aside from bad game, was trying to shit where he ate.

If it weren't for his job, he wouldn't have the number. Thus, any failure to spit clean game was guaranteed to blow up in his face. The busted chick linked it back to Domino's because he wasn't smart enough to wait until she forgot the number or text as someone other than the pizza guy.

That said, he didn't really have much to lose. If I had a shitty job that only paid minimum wage, I would be open to trying to game attractive women I met through work. Not much to lose? Something tells me that if he was able to upgrade his job and income, he would've done that already. Might just be he now can't pay his rent and gets kicked to the curb. Even low entry jobs that make you able to pay your basic 'I live alone and independant' lifestyle aren't found everywhere for just about anyone in the current economic climate we live in. If he finds one he'll propably be lucky if he can maintain his current lifestyle. Without the text messaging, obviously.

Don't risk what you have before you attain some other sure (and better) option(s).
