Hey guys,

Found this little video last year, trying to find a solution for my seemingly always clogged sinuses. The massage that she shows you really works, every time I do it I immediately get some relief and am able to breathe through my nose much better. It takes like 5 minutes and its been amazing especially for the times when I'm sick.

Edit: Just remembered, be careful doing it before bed or you might end up with a sore throat. I'm fine if I do it before I sleep but I remember I saw a comment on her website saying this and it happened to a friend of mine I showed this video too also

Just try it for yourself bro, it takes like 5 minutes.

Another tip, I like to have a tea after I do it to help wash the drainage down
