I'm Croatian living in Croatia and just can't agree with DonMartco at all. Croatia is poor? Come on, we're not Cambodia. Even Ukrainian girls are far from beaming up upon hearing that someone is from North America, let alone our girls. And "poor" is quite a relative term - women here have enough support from the state/safety net/white knights to never really be in the dire poverty that is associated with these sort of dreams. This applies to village girls too. You will depend on game first and foremost wherever you go.

Since there is no recent datasheet on Zadar and it's going to be busy place due to cheap flights from the UK, Ireland, Germany, Poland, Austria, etc, here's my experience from this small and relaxed place. I spent there 11 days on and off during April and May.
Nightlife (Fri-Sat) during low season looks like this: up to 1.30 a.m. everyone is drinking and eating pizza in the old town in number of bars (it's a perfect moment to make friends and hit early on some talent). When those are closed hordes of people are going to one of two main clubs: Hitch and Maraschino the latter one being my favorite (both with unfavorable male/female ratios).
If you book a room/apartment outside of the town centre (not recommended!) you will probably land in part of Zadar called Borik which is full of hotels and apartments. There are two bars with decent music and crowd: Yachting Club and Mango (favorable ratio).
Other places to check out: The Garden, Q Bar,
Competition: Croatian dudes are tall and good looking (no homo) but they dress in typical EE fashion - oversized clothes in dull colors or Beverly Hills 90210 or kind of cheap flashy macho in leathers etc so out dressing is easy. They have no real game and they don't seem to be doing well with natural high energy approach either. I never felt intimidated by them although they seem not very friendly at first.
Girls: I must admit that I'm really impressed. Slavic hourglass bodies, long legs, slim frame, wide hips and Mediterranean complexion are the features that make my ideal. Pity they are very tall (I'm 6' myself but felt rather short there). They had some attitude when I started speaking English to them - it might be due to tourists constantly hitting on them or they are too shy to speak English, not sure. From the small sample of girls I interacted with they appeared not to be sweet or innocent or naive or childish or overly challenging or witty but rather pleasant and can keep interesting conversation with ease. They are usually smart and ambitious.
Personal experience: for the first two days my ego deflated radically as I got zero IOI's. Later I learnt that Croatian girls rarely do typical hair flipping or long eye contact or sort of exaggerated behaviors so it's not that easy to spot. I got a few numbers, three dates and one make out mostly from night game but no real leads. I was also gaming a reception girl (6,5) from the day one, mostly as a warm up before going out or whenever saw her around to enhance my mood so the last day before departure I asked her to come over to my room to advise me on some shopping options etc. Plenty of LMR but in the end we did it. Sweet girl with large booty!

Side notes:
Zadar and surrounding areas are great for sightseeing, boat trips and hiking: old town, Krka National Park, Sakarun, Kornati National Park, Paklenica National Park, etc, are all within an hour or so by car.
It looks like Croatia is still traditional society based on family values, i.e. I didn't see girls in my favorite age for quick hookups (25-35) that have no marriage ring on their finger or abandoned teenage kids wandering the streets. Women follow pattern of cutting their hair and wearing very modest clothes after marriage.
I saw two cases where young girls were making their good looking alpha boyfriends qualify and submissive. I can't draw any serious conclusion from it but it seemed like girls can have upper hand there. I don't see it very often in other EE countries.
I saw two black dudes gaming successfully with kind of aloof game and quick escalation two blonde 7s. Girls were definitely attracted to them but it was well done nonetheless. I wish I had enough cold blood to do it that way.
40-50 kuna is a standard taxi fare within the town and a max town - airport fare is 160 kuna.
From the outsider point of view Zadar and Croatia as a whole seem to be great place for living (climate, food, girls, things to see, safety, laid back attitude etc) but as always there are probably some cons that are not to be spotted by tourists. I personally have high regard for this place and will be back some time in the future.

Zadar is a lovely place but I can never stay there for more than one night, it's so quiet. Do one day of daygame there and whole town fucking knows about it.

I'm hearing a little back and forth about where to go in Croatia. It's August now and I'm heading there in a couple of days.

September is better. Uni starts then, so a bunch of freshmans come. Lake Jarun is prob always a place to be.

Went to Croatia last spring but only had 5 days or so. I was blown away by how attractive EVERYONE is in Zagreb. Some of the best looking people I've ever seen. But, the city itself got tiring for me after a few days so we decided to hike Plitvice.
I STRONGLY recommend it. Some of the most mind-blowing scenery I've ever experienced, and the hike is fairly easy as well.

So - this is my first time in Croatia. I decide to hit Zagreb for a few days before going to the coast.
First impressions - and last impressions - dont waste your time. The city has nothing special to offer. I came just to write this city off my bucket list. There is a lame pedestrian street, no decent old town. Krakow or even Riga blows this city out of the water.
I am a night gamer - and I find the game here to be poor. During the week it is mostly dead, and even on the weekend, it is nothing special. There are clubs on Lake Jarun, the supposed "hot spot" but I felt uninspired.
Croatian women? Ok - this only applies to Zagreg so far - but they are pretty bad. As reference, I usually only date 8+, with allowances for young age. I am completely disappointed in the women I have seen here so far. Maybe I am just used to Ukraine, or even Vilnius, but the average woman here is a 5. I would see a "head turner" about once a day.
My advice, especially is you are an older man or a man with means, is dont waste your time on Zagreb. If you were a younger guy, I would still avoid Zagreb. That being said, the primary reason I travel is for the cultural experience. Zagreb is not worth a drive by.
As an aside - I was pretty surprised how tall the guys are here. I am 5'10" - just average. But I saw a lot of guys REALLY tall. Many over 6'6". I would say it was the first time I ever felt intimidated. In the end it didn't matter since literally I rarely ever saw a girl I was interested in hitting on. I didn't find the women to be tall at all. At least the ones I saw, the average female height was 5'6. I saw a lot more towering beauties in Kiev.

FIRST NIGHT IN SPLIT----------
So I roll in Split, hoping my impression of Croatian women would improve from my experience in Zagreb. Oh my lord - the hot bodies, the firm breasts, the tight ass.......the lack of pubic hair???? Holy shit. But I digress.
So - I hop on the 45 min flight from Zagreb to Split. I am basically making up this trip as I go along, but I figure maybe I will meet some nice touristy tail in Split and give the ol' prostate a good milking.
Split is a nice small city, with an interesting old fortress. I am into old shit, so I find this interesting since basically the fortress was abandoned years ago and now, what is still standing, is occupied by apartments and businesses and shit. Kind of weird but kind of historically interesting. Can be seen in half a day and reminds me of Rome, which makes sense since it is a Romanian ruin.
So, what is the talent walking around Split? Nothing special. Better than Zagreb, but not a target rich environment. Tinder does not seem that big of a deal here, and I didn't pipeline before, so I am just going to rely on club game.
As luck would have it, there is a "big" party of the Imperium tonight (Tuesday). 2K people on FB say they are going - so I figure this is the best game in town.
My power nap lasted a bit longer than I anticipated due to a delicious meal and a carb overload, and I head to the Imperium at 2 am.
My god - the female bodies there were hot, 90% of the women there - body wise - were a solid 9+. Sadly, the average age was also about 16.2 years. I fuck you not. And the standard deviation was 1 year. I am sure 90% of the girls there were under 18. I can appreciate a hot body like another other normal person with a Y chromosome, but I dont do under 18. It was insane though - just a bunch of kids running around. I guess the fact there was no door man checking IDs might have been a tip off. I didn't even try to game anyone that night.
I am hoping for find a club with older (and by older I mean 19-22) girls this week, but who knows.

Yes - so far I would say at least 50% of the non-local girls I have encountered have been american. It may be even 75%.
80-90% of the foreigners here are 1) old people on a tour/cruise or 2) couples/families. Of the young, single, non-local people here, I would say 75% of them are guys.
At the clubs/bars, it is at least a 3:1 male to female ratio. The night life here is pretty lacking at the moment, I am told July and August are much better since most Croatian colleges are still in session (It is final exam time right now). Rolling solo here is difficult - the girls are with a gf or in packs. If you have a wing, I would consider hitting a wine bar or lounge early evening. Once full summer party season hits in August, the beach clubs should be better.

I have rented a 15 meter yacht with some friends (only one crew member to pilot the yacht). I'll be hitting the Croatian coast for 7 days in mid-July. I will start with one night Split and then sail to Hvar, but after these two stops I am pretty clueless about where to go.
Pag is out of reach to sail there given the limited time that I have. Not sure if should go South or Norht of Hvar. Does anyone has advice about coastal spots in the Croatian coast that are good to party?
