This is group 2 of the 60/90 day cut. Group 1 that RioNomad is leading is full with a dozen people. If you did not get in on his group, you can join this group.
Again same rules as he had. Only repped members can join and we are going to use the Line app. We are going to have a limit of 12 people. If it gets more interest someone can start a 3rd group. Send me a pm if you are interested.

Good luck group 2 (when it's eventually set up).
We're one week in, and it's going great so far. Learning a lot from the combined wisdom of the other 10 dudes (and their individual stories, which is interesting in itself) and its definitely motivating.
This should be a regular thing on the forum - conducted once or twice a year.
Everyone can benefit from it.
First weekly weigh in is tomorrow, and I'm confident I'll reach my target weight.

We're now at 9. Join before it's too late!
Anyway, my starting stats:
Weight: 76.5kg/169lbs
BF: I'd guess about 13%
I'm mainly focusing on dropping BF%, as there is a chance that I'll gain muscle even whilst 'cutting'.
My program will be 5 workouts a week, 2x chest/tri, 2x back/bi/shoulders, 1x legs, with some sprints and soccer too. I'll be doing at least 10 reps for each exercise, so I'll be keeping the weight at a medium level.
Nutritionally, I'm already pretty good (and have a high metabolism). However I will make a conscious effort to eat much less bread, pasta, and anything sweet or with saturated fat.
Will update in a week.

lifting schedule two to three times a week
weighted chins 5 reps 2 sets
weighted dips 5 reps 2 sets
weighted pistols 5 reps 2 sets
preworkout : 1 slice of white bread fifteen minutes prior
sleeping schedule : generally 8 hours a night
activity levels : mile or two walk every day, other than that, zero cardio

Group 2 is now at 10 people. I think that's the max limit otherwise the chat becomes to crowded. So we are now full.
If anyone else wants to do this cut as well they can start a group 3.

Don't care whether I'm "in" or not, but yeah, just posting to say that I'm resuming with the dieting that I've been doing over the last year or so. I've gone down from 170 lbs to 145 lbs, and looking towards 135 lbs. This time around however I will look into throwing in EC.

Although you don't have a rep point there still is opportunity for you to lead another group because we are currently full.
There is still enough interest that you could start a third group and people would most likely join. It's also a good way to prove yourself to the forum and its members.
