Black Guyz Adventures in Brasil

Lol, I'm not a woman. I've been on this website alot reading both the forums and Roosh's posts. Some of them are classics, the crazy email from the nutcase girl and his breakdowns of experiences abroad. Thought I'd join and share some of my feelings as I think some of the people on here are delusional with how their actions are perceived while they make jackasses of themselves abroad. Domestically I say go with it. Americant woman generally spend more time on their back than a dead cockroach so those stories just entertain. Foreign woman require a more sensitive palette and a greater appreciation.

I'll still be here papi, don't worry about that. Unlike you when I go to Brazil the girls gravitate to me. I don't think about how I dress, act, etc.. Just natural. Think about that one for a second. Don't waste my time looking for girls of other races all the time because I'm so dissatisfied/turned off by mine. That's VERY pathetic. I bet when you go to the club you don't look at black girls. I know that's true of most of the "brothers" on this forum. Than they want to cry girls are racist because their flavor palette doesn't include you. Lol. Of course when you only leave the us to get laid, you get what you get.

I see a bunch of low-iq, over hyped .......... acting like jackasses and pulling the girls who are basically pfp and acting like they accomplished something. Lol.

Wanna bet? Your ass is getting kicked to the curb -- troll!

Bruv, I don't know under what basis you make this statement from but you are so wrong.

I know immigrants from most of those countries and I have travelled AND lived in some of those countries you have mentioned.

They do NOT allow integration of non indigenous group members in those countries.

Canada is NOT ahead. France is NOT ahead. Australia is NOT ahead. Those three countries I have listed practice racist policies.

I personally know friends AND family members that lived in those forementioned countries and agree that with all the BULLSHIT you have in America, the best country for getting it in as a minority is AMERICA..no debate.

I don't understand why any black American dude would pay for sex in Brazil when he can literally pull new girls every single night with 0 effort in a club in Germany or most of Europe.

Germany is like the promise land if you are a black American guy.

I just had a couple German girls from Cologne couchsurfing with me for the last few days. I grilled them pretty extensively about the hookup scene in Germany. First off, they are surprised at how friendly and open Americans are. The say that Germany is a very closed off, cold social culture. That social circle is the main way people meet. I told them that here, it's generally okay for a man to walk up and approach a random woman he's attracted to. They said that really doesn't exist in Germany and people will look at you crazy for going up to people you don't know. It sounds like social network game is essential in Germany. Interestingly, I was talking to a couple girls from Sweden at a bar last night and asked them the same question about how open Swedish women are to be approached by men out of their social circle and the answer was identical. That they don't do that there and it's a social faux pas. They also said Scandinavians are quite cold people socially. They too love American's friendliness and openness and find it a breath of fresh air. I've heard some of you guys say similar things about the Russian social culture. I do believe that that brothas could pull better white girls in Germany and Sweden than they would be able to stateside, but I need to know a bit more about the social interaction culture there before I head out there to play.

Can anyone shed any light? Is there much of a mingling with strangers culture in Germany and Scandinavia?

As for why Brazil over Germany question that came up, well German girls don't generally have good bodies. Looks-wise they are no better than any American white girl. I've never seen a mulher melancia body on a German, or any European chic for that matter.

That's really not been my experience AT ALL. I partied with a black dude, and we would have random girls approach us in the parking lot to talk, give up their numbers, etc. Guys take home random girls from the clubs all the time. They aren't as easy to talk to as American girls but that's generally because they are shy with their English in front of native English speakers.

He would literally be telling girls "no" to dancing, a drink, etc every 10 or so minutes inside the club. Girls would come up and ask him if he liked their body and shit. It was insane.

(Edit: He was also 38 and not particularly attractive.)

Getting a woman's opinion on anything is pointless, sure they will say America is friendly b/c men here are for the most part desperate. In there native countries (Sweden) there is fierce competition b/c there is so much quality to be had. I have met random girls in Sweden, quite easily if the truth be told and no it did not lead to porno sex. I found the length of my stay the biggest hinderance. In Sweden I stopped a girl on the street 3 am in the morning walking by herself, my lines were lame and I still managed to suck face with her under 5 minutes until some local cockblockers pulled her away.
As a black man I know I can pickup a hotter girl in Europe than I can back home in Canada, even if I got a hottie in Canada it would be work and she would constantly remind me how lucky I am.
Germany is another country I have seriously looked at moving too, I have only passed through there on my way to see the ex in a czech border town. I had a hottie pretty much lean on me in a bookstore in Nuremburg but I choked and two blonde Lufthansa flight attendants give me direct eye contact as they walked past me. I do not want to disrespect anyone here but I find German men tend to be a bit bland/boring. Now I am not saying you all rush to Germany, but I am saying it is definetly worth a visit and there are a few favourable posts on this forum about the place. I believe ISW had a good time there recently and broke it down nicely.

I'm seriously going to need to make use of my European citizenship with all I'm hearing about the how good the scene for black american men is over there.

Because a plane ticket to Germany generally costs more than a ticket to Brazil. Secondly, Brasillian women are sexier than German women.

Some guys may be into Latin women (me included). I grew up in Europe. I personally, am not head over heels for European women. They are as fine as fcuk but I've seen them all my life.
Now, I never saw Latin women growing up so the whole Latin culture is novel to me and quite exciting.

I disagree that the cost of a plane ticket is what keeps Afr-Am guys out of Germany. The Euro would be more of a factor than a $100 difference on a plane ticket anyway. Hell, everytime i looked flights to rio or sao paolo were usually slightly MORE expensive than a flight to frankfurt, unless your flying out of houston or miami.

I'm sure some of these antecdotes about "brothas in germany" have been exaggerated, especially when you consider that most of AAs that have spent time in germany are military-affiliated, which is a completely different situation. Any AA guy who's heading to germany to tear up the local pussy is probably really in to white girls (something we have plenty of in the U.S.) An AA dude that heads to brazil strictly for the ladies is into shapely, exotic, mixed-race tanned women (something thats very rare in the U.S.)

That's the real reason most AAs pick brazil over germany.

Second, germany is fucking cold most of the year, while brazil offers miles of beaches and warm weather year round.

Azulsombra - please do not assume, unless you have been. Those military boys tear it up over there and have probably made the path easier for AA guys in general. Guys have been exaggerating about Brazil for years, of course NO guy pays for pussy in Brazil!!!

Dude, don't misunderstand my post. I know with out a shadow of a doubt that military boys tear it up down there. I've got family members that were in the military who gave me first hand accounts of germany, australia, etc. I know that a young, confident, muscular 18-24 army cat is going to get his share of women in germany, but he would get his share of ass in almost ANY country. Thats why I think some of these accounts are slightly exaggerated or skewed. Some people make it sound like a skinny, urkle cat is going to be raped by german 8's and 9's just due to skin color. I call bull-shit on that, unless you got pics.

And while I haven't been to germany, i have been hit on by german women in many of the other countries I have visited. They were very underwhelming, I didn't like their personalities and they were about 5's in looks. But, I know you'll say these other german women are not representative of the "fatherland".

Funny coincidence but as I was reading this thread, a random girl from Germany "pokes" me on facebook. I had recently met a friend of her's in L.A. and friended her on facebook. I messaged her and asked if we had recently met since I didn't know who she was. She said no but wishes that could happen. I ask her if she's in town right now and she says now back in Germany. Cracks me up that this would happen right while I'm reading this thread. After reading these last few comments, I'm pretty sure Germany will be my next international destination. Not what I was expecting, but I want to see if the buzz is for real. Honestly, I'd rather mess with some German 6s that are feelin brothas than deal with stuckup patricinhas in Brazil wanting blonde guys. Plus almost all German girls speak English. Don't get me wrong, still got love for the B-girls and I will be back in BR.

The last time I hit Brazil was in 2001, during Carnaval. I can attest that just about EVERYONE does the P4P thing, not just the brothers. I saw Asian/American dudes scooping working girls in front of Club Help/Meia Pataca. I ran into a Euro that went the "rent a girlfriend" route, and he didn't even break her off with straight cash. She stayed with him and went everywhere with him. If he ate, he bought her food. He treated her like his girl. She ate good and had a nice place to sleep for however long he was there, and he was cool with hanging with one girl, instead of trying to run through as many as possible, like many other guys were doing.

As to matters of skin color...it matters. There isn't a country in the world were race/color doesn't matter at least a little, and I would say it's a major factor in South America. Brazil is an extremely multi-racial country, but there is definitely a divide between the very light and very dark. Blacks just about everywhere are viewed as lower class, and whites upper class, whether it's actually true economically or not. This is actually ingrained in the history of Brazil. Around the turn of the century, Sao Paulo had many blacks, as former African slaves settled in many parts of the country. The government actually encouraged European immigration because they feared that blacks would become the predominant race. They wanted to make sure the skin-tones were lightened. Japanese immigrants, who came there to work, ended up in what we now know as Liberdade in Sao Paolo, and it's the largest Japanese community in the world outside of Japan. There is also a large community of Germans in Brazil, as historically former Nazis went there to hide (Supermodel Giselle Bundchen is probably a descendant...HA HA!). So you will probably see "interracial" couples throughout the middle of the spectrum, but you won't see couples that represent the far ends of the color spectrum.

I've always wanted to learn some Portuguese, so I got started recently on Rosetta Stone. After one lesson, I can tell the pronunciation is going to be a problem...HA HA! I have a few online Brazilian friends (Some are English speakers, but some aren't, and there are other cities I'd like to see where I won't know anyone), so I'd like to come armed with some of the language. If you're American, AND can spit just a little Portuguese, that's the perfect storm of value in the eyes of a native Brazilian...

I was in Sao Paulo for a quick trip this week and I normally stay right off Paulista Avenue which is most famous street and activity hub for all types in Sao Paulo. While at lunch with some business partners I couldn't help but notice being the ONLY Male of African descent dressed in business attire not working mall/store security cleaning tables or working at the mall or milling around the streets. Sadly, wth the Brasilian population over 40% Black its plainly obvious that the "racial democracy" Brazil promotes doesn't address the huge disparity in wealth, education and the oppurtunity for people of darker skin even in 2011. All this probably factors into the thinking and dating tendencies of many women...But like Playa with a Passport stated so eloquently in a previous post....

Black Male (any shade and hair texture)+ Basic Portuguese+Apartment+in shape+Longer than a week+Brazil -thirstyness= WINNING!!

Because you are able to break down all the stereotypes in one fell swoop...Just being there walking around looking sharp I had people staring at me when I was speaking English & the style and swagger I carry is much different than most Brazilians so makes it easier to stand out there...

Tru dat. The obvious education, wealth & opportunity disparity of Afro-Brasilians with respect to white Brasilians will not end until the Black Brasilians obtain political power...just like African Americans did in the US.

One thing that African Americans can do to help Afro-Brasilians advance economically, is to start teaching them English. Also, any African Americans involved in business enterprises with Brasil can make sure that Afro-Brasilians are involved on some level.

THats what I like to hear... we need solutions. We need to get the wheels spinning.

Nonsense. There is an us v. them societal dynamic that already exists and we all know who has been getting the raw end of the deal.

The best thing Af-Ams can do when they travel to places like Brazil is to help the blacks there anyway they can - even if its for the selfish reason of wanting a better place to travel to.

Kdolo, you picked one side. Fantastic. Now you cannot cry foul if a non black received a promotion at work even though you are more qualified. This is based on your arguement. We can go on forever about this, let's agree to disagree.

WHAT!!!!! Because we said we should give a hand to people in a society, that seem to lack opportunity, we are picking sides!!! What is this Craziness. This doesnt even deserve to be addressed. Well, anyways...

Hey so if any of you guys are really interested in doing something.... There is alot we can do, especially if we all get our energies together. The teaching them english thing is definitely on point.... I have a Brazilian girl crashing with me right now, and she says that she cant get a good job because her english isn't like mine. I don't know if its right or not, but it shows the mentality. We could possibly create some sort of program. Give me some feedback, or some ideas....

I have a black Brazilian friend, he tells me that when he speaks to a Caribbean black, they treat him different. In a negative way. Secondly, where I worked before, you can see an us vs them mentality between African immigrants vs Caribbean vs blacks who have been in a country for years. This is in toronto. Point is, its unfortunate.

Giving support to a group who have been at the short end of the stick is picking a side. I give support to everybody. So we can agree to disagree.

As for teaching them English, there is one easy method and that is via Skype. You can advertise on thir craigslist, or place an advert in the paper. In Spanish inter cambios are popular. Ask your girl if something like that is already set up. All you have to do is log on and join the sessions.

If it comes through, I will help out. But, I wont pick any side. I hate racism, discrimination, but do love all people.

Ok, I'm (very) late to this thread but didn’t want to start another Brazil thread per Roosh, and so as a black guy, I’m sticking it here.

I am now locked in with Brazil for the first couple of weeks of next month, and will give my impressions and thoughts on it as a first-time black guy in Brazil. This was actually my country of choice originally, and then I accidentally discovered this forum, got sidetracked and almost backed out to go the Eastern European and then Swede route...and then haggled over a few other places (too many places, too little time-). Side note: I WILL definitely be going to ALL those places, but for now I'm just going to stick with the original plan - Brazil. I'll try to put out my own datasheet from the perspective of a first-time visitor, someone who prefers to travel more suited-up, GQ /and mature age-wise perspective. I'm sure there are a lot of differing opinions on the place (I know, because I've read them), and so the only way to know for myself is to see for myself.

Background: I'm based in Texas now, but from NY and so do prefer a more city-like vibe and the lounge/club/sidewalk cafe feel, and so I initially only opted for one week in Sao Paulo, and then one week in Goiania/Brasilia to ck out a second tier city. But that’s also mainly to get with a brasileira in Brasilia who I've been pipelining and is eagerly awaiting the plane to land-)...very sweet girl. And even though I was initially somewhat curious about Rio, it was just a matter of not enough time, and then I’d hear these stories about how its changed, not as good as it used to be, crime, and bla bla bla, and so it was just not on the itinerary…initially.

NOW…, I’m feeling an uncontrollable urge to see Rio. People were looking at me like I was crazy when I even suggested I might take a pass on it, so now I feel I just gotta. But that means that some time will have to be carved out of one of the other destinations. Since there is really only one reason I’m going to Brasilia, I think I may end up cutting that short, though I must admit I feel a little guilt about it because she really is a nice girl and I hate to hit and run. I really don’t know how the itinerary is going to shake out yet.

Anyway, now that I’ve committed myself to it with this post, I look forward to giving my impressions of my brief time in these cities, however I divide the time up…and coming up with my own datasheet. Thanks for all the posts before this one...and if anyone knows of any must-see places I should see, let me know.

There are no downsides to going to Brazil, or Rio in particular. Personally, when I travel I love to go to anywhere with a beach nearby, because as a New Yorker it's something I can't do here. But if you've got someone pipelined in the interior, and she's dying to see you, by all means do that FIRST! I'm anxious to see some of the Northeast coastal cities, but I also want to see Belo Horizonte, and Sao Paulo too at some point.
