Anyone else think she is lying?

Anyone else think she is lying? This girl had an argument with her boyfriend went out with her friends to get drunk, got talking to a boy told him she argued with her boyfriend and was sad then started drinking with him, when her friends left she chose to stay with him then she accepted his offer to go back to his home to watch a movie to cheer her up and sex happened... 2 or 3 years later she admitted to her boyfriend that she cheated cause that's what she thought she done Untill working out that she was raped and never pressed charges after advice from the police. She has also been in the news before about how uni can turn you into an alcoholic and admitted to having at least 50 one night stands that she can remember and maybe more that she can't and drank 230 units of alcohol a week. She has also been on the news lately saying men shouldn't sleep with drunk women then they wouldn't get accused of rape.

My opinion from what I have read is she was angry after arguing with her bf, cheated on him cause she was angry, felt guilty admitted to her bf she cheated, lost her bf then lied to try and get him back and likes her face on newspapers. What's others opinions?

Rule of thumb on this forum is that if it's a public rape accusation and/or the girl was drunk then yes. She's lying.

Typical example of a woman not wanting to be accountable for her poor behaviour and judgement.

It's something you'll see day in day out in the media and in life.

Drunk sex isn't rape. If I can get arrested for drink driving, why can't women who say yes to sex whilst drunk be responsible for their actions too?

It's just a feminist push to expand the definition of rape like how Emily Yoffe got hounded by feminists after telling them they could prevent rape by not getting drunk and how they made a protest for a government poster teaching the same message.

It's like them posters in male toilets that say:

"Jake was drunk
Josie was drunk
Jake and Josie hooked up
Josie was drunk so could not consent
Jake was charged with rape"

Even though jake was ALSO drunk so how does that not mean he could not consent but that's not how equality works!

Would you get robbed and not file a police report? Would you have your car stolen and not file a police report?

Now.

Would you get raped and not file a police report?

Totally lying. I remember having a beer with a buddy and him telling me about how his friend's girlfriend went out drinking, 'blacked out' and then woke up on a couch naked in the morning in the home of 2 black guys. She asserted to her boyfriend that she had been raped. I almost spit my beer out on the table in laughter and said "let me guess, she didn't call the police either and has no scrapes, cuts or bruises?"

Is her mouth moving?

Yes?

Then she's lying.

British people really need to stop saying "drink driving." It doesn't make any sense.

Unless, of course, you're driving one of these...

...in which case, you would genuinely be "drink" driving.

Otherwise you're "drunk driving" or "drinking and driving."

In certain cultures, I *might* actually believe this. When I was stationed in Korea in the mid 90's, a friend was dating a Korean girl who told him she got rupheed at a club (way before they started dating) and woke up at some guys house, in bed with him totally naked. She didn't remember a thing and the guy had sex with her that night. My buddy told her she should go to the police, and she flipped the hell out.

She wasn't upset out of denial, but because the South Korean police do absolutely nothing except laugh at women who go to them with reports of being raped - unless it was by a foreigner, especially a US serviceman. Going to the cops for her wouldn't do anything except bring social shame.

Of course, I don't buy this for one second in any western country where the men are already on the defensive every waking moment of their lives.

I agree, sidenote on the whole early 2000s/1990s "roofies in my drink" hysteria. That had to have been an urban myth. I went to bars alot during that time. I heard about plenty of girls that claimed to have blacked out, or had someone drug their drink but how many guys did I ever hear about buying roofies, having roofies, using roofies, or a connection to someone selling roofies? Zero. Absolute Zero.

There were plenty of guys involved with all sorts of drugs and shady business...but no dude every had a roofies story, or a friend of a friend roofies story.

Having a few drinks beforehand provides the perfect cover for a girl who wants to cheat: mentally, it removes her guilt because she can now put all of the responsibility for the decision to have sex onto the man, and it gives her the perfect alibi - if she gets caught, she can always cry rape to her BF and claim that the guy she fucked took advantage of her while she was drunk, but that she's too "traumatized" to go to the police.

The BF then has to choose between looking like a monster who ditches a girl after she got "raped" (if he chooses to call BS on her story), an insensitive jerk if he pressures her to go to the police even when she says she doesn't want to, or a chump who knows he's being lied to but can't prove it.

Given that we live in a gynocentric society, that along with yes means yes, affirmative consent act and rape by fraud law will get innocent men in prison for rape.
