This is a weird list.
We all have our opinions. No need for us all to agree.

Jamaica? I hope you love blackwomen
Do you know anything about Jamaica or the women there? I do(I am Jamaican), but I'm hoping you have some idea of the quality available there since you're making a judgement about it.
In addition to this, in this theoretical scenario I'm a billionaire with a G5 and at least four other residences. Who said I was going just for the local women? I'm not living there permanently, and I can fly to Latin America or another island and bring women over whenever I want.
You seem to think I have limits in this scenario(stuck in one place, dealing with cost of living, limited to local women, etc). I don't. I'm a billionaire with a private jet, a residence on nearly every inhabited continent, and millions in passive income. The world is my oyster.

Pairs over Barcelona?!?!?!
...what's wrong with Paris, exactly?
Fine women, lots to do, central location, London(where all the world's billionaire playboys go to hang and show off their cars) a stone's throw away, Switzerland pretty close by(gotta store my billions safely), the South of France a quick drive away(Monaco to hang with my billionaire kin and enjoy the company of my yacht), Scandinavia's not too distant either. I can park the jet and hop in the GT and cover all of these areas quickly from Paris thanks to its central location.
Doesn't sound too bad to me. I'm sure Barcelona has plenty of plusses, but Paris doesn't appear to be some sort of universal downgrade at all.

Cape Town? Why in gods earth would you want to LIVE in Cape Town South Africa? ![[Image: huh.gif]](https://rooshvforum.network/images/smilies/huh.gif)
One more time: I am a billionaire with a G5, passive income in the tens of millions and a minimum of five residences across the planet.
I'm not "living" in any particular place for much more than a couple of months at a time, if even. I come and go as I please, and do as I please.
Besides, Cape Town is a nice place, as others have said here. I've been aware of that for a while, but I hope for my sake that others continue to sleep on it.
Less competition for my imaginary billionaire self.
