It's time to revisit "You are what you eat."

It's time to revisit "You are what you eat."

Specifically, the issue of salt consumption.

In light of the recent story "Thirsty Irish Guys Giving Free Pizza to Irish Chicks", it's actually a scientific fact salt leads to thirst.

In fact, I even present this relevant Irish study about salt.

TL; DR version:

It's a scientific fact salt leads to thirst; couple that with the saying "You are what you eat", eating salty foods make you a thirsty person.

You're mixing up the multiple definitions of "thirsty".

It's not a mix-up if it's deliberate. [Image: angel.gif]

You're overlooking that the fact the Irish study on salt was released back in 2006, nearly a decade before the Tinder story.
