Is the Minimum Looks Threshold Higher than Ever Before?

OP is sort of misconstruing what Chris means by a Looks Threshold.

What Chris is saying is that you need to be above a certain mark the "Looks Threshold" to get laid consistently via cold approach. He explains what this means as you need to be above average, a mark which most men can achieve through style, grooming, and the gym.

He goes even further on his site to explain that the average man is over 20% body fat, has a 5-6 inch penis, and dresses poorly. It's not difficult to beat your competition if you put in a little more effort.

Passing the Looks Threshold does not mean you'll be an Adonis, but it will be enough to get you laid.

Obviously online that threshold will be a bit higher, but see other threads regarding how most guys look online and you'll see the same basic concept applies.

Yeah, looks matter a lot, but there's not an insurmountable barrier regarding them.

Jaffna you see the matrix my friend

This is what I have been thinking, it's all social circle game now .

The new game is "comfort" which yes, is an important component of attraction and lessens the threshold and allows the girl to see you as more than objectifying your superficial f-value , of which you will lose every time to thousands of hotter guys.

If your not playing the comfort game, it's an efficient market and your SMV is based on your primal physical attributes, with game mattering very little

The bias in the community is we continue to ignore that most men who who get laid have no game (the majority of men on earth have no game). I know of guys who can't get laid who have better game. This dynamic is at play every day, in text game, in online game, in real life game, do an experiment and change the control subjects of the men talking to women. bodybuilding.com did a great one. It proves game has the least influence.

In my best judgement, and a theory I have had is that game has become so impacted by this efficient market that it matters only if you are in the top 3 percent of the population in game,

Your game has to be voodoo magic rock her world type stuff. Frankly it's almost impossible to attain. To use an RSD quote, you have to literally take over her recticular activation system

Anybody else catch B-Nut's incessant game denialism?

I don't think local girls seriously want to meet anyone. I have no idea about how it is online (other than: very bad) because I've never done online dating.

At some point, you'll hear them bitching about not being able to meet a nice guy. But they've never been forced to learn the social skills necessary to feel comfortable talking to strangers.

As fertile females, they've always been handed so much on a silver platter, that they've gotten by without every needing to do anything that would make them uncomfortable for even two seconds.

The game has definitely changed.
Where as before I could go to a club at around 12am, spit some game, have a few drinks, take a girl home.
These days I have to put all my aspects of game together.
Its starting to look more like this:
Day game, instant date, take down number, go out later that day, get to the club at 10pm. Have at least 2 shots with the girl, venue change, then bang.
or
Social circle, meet person from work/school/mutual friend, talk casually on good terms for a few weeks (maybe months), get together at bar, drinks, then bang.
On line game, meet girl one day for drinks or appetizers, get together next time at club/lounge, drinks, venue change, bang.

In all these situations I have to know the girl previously before even stepping into a club/bar. As mentioned before its more of comfort game nowadays. Once you know a girl somewhat then its just game on as usual.
Its till possible to pull girls at clubs but its very difficult in my experience.
Looks do have something to do with it but its not that much of a big deal if you're already in the circle.

The results will be extremely different if you are approaching a girl at a club vs. online or through daygaming.

If you are at a club, the girl will be on defense. She's going to care less about your words and more about your looks, especially if she's been drinking.

If you're online, she really won't have an opportunity to experience your real personality before meeting, and thus will be drawn in by the looks almost completely.

Daygaming is the best option for those with lesser looks, as it will provide the opportunity to prove their intelligence, fitness, charm, etc.

Some good points about online dating here, its become more competitive because its become socially acceptable for hot girls to be online now. As opposed to when I started in 2006 there were way less hot girls but almost no competition from guys, because guys didnt want to be seen as losers who had to "resort" to online dating. As far as night game or day game, I don't think things have changed too much, maybe a bit with night game because of the influence of RSD which has every guy spamming the venue but I'm just theorizing.

And yes women compartmentalize men, men she met from online hold the least value in her eyes. Social circle guys hold the most, for a young girl her social circle is the most important thing in her life. When you see good looking girls with average looking guys, 9/10 times thats social circle.
