I believe only women in the US, Uk or Australia value muscle mass in men, is that true?

Seems women outside the anglosphere do not seem impressed by muscles at all.

Definitely agree with this. Lean and ripped will target a larger proportion of women world-wide but Australian girls in particular go crazy for the steroid look.

In Europe, if a man has a slim muscular build and dresses well,he's a hit with the women. In Australia that same man would probably be called gay for having fashion sense, while jacked up dudes in muscle tops are drooled over.

I've found guys in very good shape get MORE attention outside of the Anglosphere. Thats likely due to the higher number of guys into lifting in the UK, US, Oz etc though. There's a higher level of average fitness so you don't stand out as much.

If you're 200lbs/90KG+ at a low bodyfat you're going to be a rarity anywhere in the world where there's no bodybuilding culture (and/or in the case of Asia where the locals are just genetically smaller anyway).

Russian women definitely like guys who are jacked. I remember talking to Russian prostitutes on the beach in Dubai -- the two things they cared about with men were how much money he makes and how big his muscles are. I lift, but i realize my muscles are nowhere near the ideal size for women.

I just returned from touring Moscow and also competed in a tennis tournament there and saw many women who did not mind the slim, cut look of the tennis players like myself. I also spent a lot of time walking Gorky Park with a local girl and at the same time checking out the other couples. More often than not the guy was worse looking than the girl. I saw even short, skinny guys with model type women at least a few points above them. If you're in Moscow (which based on your posts you are) then money & career > muscles (western look) anytime!

I would say that in moscow it is not exactly your money and career that matters much but the look and lifestyle of a money / career successful guy. Money in a bank account doesnt mean anything for a russian girl. What means something is clothes, cars or villas abroad.
I confirm that the jacked look will not give you any advantage in Moscow. It might with provincial girl or a dubai hooker but not with the typical 8 in moscow club. The big muscle look with tee shirt is actually sign of low class guy.

Lol OP was just trolling right? It's universal. In every single culture, it is universally better to be 'a big triangle with big arms and muscular butt'. It remains the universal bedrock of SMV improvement for men.

I've never seen an instance of the girl not caring. Sometimes I've thought they didn't, but have later seen them commenting 'OmG so hot!' on the FB pictures of ripped models, or had them message me 'yes keep doing that!' when I said I was gymning. None of them were western. The western girls actually cared significantly less, since if they're hanging out with me (instead of one of the multitudes of mindless muscle-men in their countries) they're more interested in my other traits.

In Asia height is much more important than muscles, but it really is in the US as well.

The difference is that American women date men pretty much solely based on attractiveness these days while Asian women half of the time can't tell the difference between a good-looking and ugly white guy (and I guess this could be said about white guy with Asian girl as well).

In France in many places the lean fit muscular look is what most girls like, it is associated with status/intelligence/being in good shape. Being overbuilt i've heard girls will generally try to avoid you as it is associated with having no brains and an excess of fat that you are trying to hide with muscles.

The only exception to this is rugby groupies and you can find them pretty much anywhere in France..but most rugby guys are jacked and have big muscles but not a lot of fat so they have an ideal look for a lot of girls. Also, rugby isn't popular everywhere in France but if you go to cities like Clermont-ferrand, Toulouse and Toulon it is way more popular there. But the disadvantage is being associated to a rugby team..these guys get drunk, cause trouble and sometimes girls don't really appreciated that behavior.


In Quebec, being jacked is the way of life for a lot of people besides certain part of Montreal that are more hipsterish. Lot of Quebec guys are small and try to cover their height with big muscles. The girls are really into that.

No, I don't believe that only women from the West value muscles in men - I've never known a woman of any ethnicity not to find attractive a guy that was well-built. It's also not that women from the Anglosphere are especially into guys with muscles, either, but rather that the competition is so fierce there even for average-looking women that being well-built is becoming something of a prerequisite in order to secure even a plain Jane in countries such as Australia, the US and the UK.

Agreed, but when in lived there I remember how many fewer jacked guys I saw in Germany compared with the UK, especially in recent years and how being jacked or loaded isn't necessary in order to secure a decent-looking girl in Germany, in stark contrast to the UK. I remember seeing plenty of skinny guys in Germany with good-looking girls that would, at best, have managed to pull a 200 pounder back in the UK. Even worse still, these days I regularly see jacked guys with GFs that are outright hogs, a sure sign of distress in the sexual market place in the UK.

It's really common here. My gym is packed at all times. New gyms are popping up all over my city. Those in the fitness industry must be making a killing.

European women don't value muscle as much as American, Canadian, Australian or British women. I'll outweigh most European men by 40lb's of muscle and it's really game that gets the lay. My physique gets noticeably less [Almost zero] 'looks' in countries such as France, Poland, Serbia, Croatia etc. In Australia for instance: You will get at least a look from almost every girl.

Further: In a country such as Australia. You can get a lot of lays purely off physique with zero game. Even with negative game... In France as a contrast, you will at a minimum be validated on your cultural knowledge/intellect to some degree by higher status women.
