Sex ratios in 20-35 age range by city in Poland

That's an interesting site. Though the high number for Warsaw (109 females / 100 males) seems to contradict what Roosh wrote in Bang Poland about Warsaw attracting many of the working males within Poland leading to worse ratios (the "Toronto of Eastern Europe," he called it.)

^^^ I think your numbers aren't far wrong re women.
You are massively under estimating male fatness though; it's on a par with that of the bitches, for sure.
The problem is your methodology

At the risk of sounding obstinate, I don't believe I have underestimated male obesity in the UK. I forgot to mention that I ran the same experiment to determine the ratio of slim men to fat men in the same age bracket as women and found not more than 10% of guys to be fat. Since I returned from Germany in 2013 after a 10 year absence, I am aghast at how fat British women have become on average. Furthermore, I am seeing unprecedented numbers of jacked and muscular guys, sharply dressed, particularly younger guys (I'm 40, by the way) no doubt in order to try to compete for the ever decreasing supply of slim girls here; indeed, the competition for even slim plain Janes is intense.
Ask yourself: How often do you see a slim, tall and even muscular guy with an overweight woman on the streets of the UK these days? I am seeing it worringly often. It's not yet the norm, but it is not very far off from becoming so. This is the most effective indicator in my view as to how out of whack the dating market has become the UK in recent years - it's Pattaya every day of the week for the fatty fillies but a dystopic, brave new world for the unfortunate sod looking to get his oats here.
Where did this "survey" of yours take place?
The rest of your points I agree with, by the way. 100%

I just think 10% for men is way, way too low.
There is something you aren't realising which is skewing your data: fat guys don't leave the house/car/office as much as fat women do.

Well, BMI and BodyFat% aren't the same thing...
Other than that, you're right. 100% right.
Way more than 10% of men are obese though in the UK.
"Nearly two-thirds of men and women in the UK are obese or overweight, according to new analysis of overweight and obesity data conducted by Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) at the University of Washington.
The study which looks at data from 1980 to 2013, claims that more people in the UK are either obese or overweight than at any other time in the past three decades. The UK, it says, has the third-highest rate of excess weight in western Europe behind Iceland and Malta.
67% of men and 57% of women in the UK are overweight or obese according to the study which uses a Body Mass Index (BMI) of over 25 to define 'overweight' and a BMI of 30 or more to define 'obese'."
