I used to be really fit but have let it go over a few years so now I want to get stuck into it again. My two main aims would be:
1 - lose the beer belly
2 - lose the moobs
3 - then put on more muscle mass
What would you recommend for me? Would doing hardcore cardio (and obviously change of diet) and interval type training be good for me? Any tips would be welcome!
