This is an interesting read: http://www.slate.com/articles/health_and...etter.html

Apparently, I've been missing out. Lambskin condoms sound great. So does the galactic cap, which I now see has already made an appearance on RVF. Has anyone tried these?

Also, I know a lot of the members on this forum are fans of raw-dogging, but is having a lot of unprotected sex really a good idea? Some seems fine, but if you lay a new girl each month, seems like only a matter of time before you'll contract something you don't want.

Lambskin sounds like a great alternative...

^Or, as I hadn't read the entire article before I posted it, has anyone tried polyurethane condoms? They also sound good...

Science has yet to innovate a condomn big enough to fit my dick, so for now I'm still stuck rawdogging.

Urethane ones are awful. I used them with a girl who had latex allegy. They don't transmit sensation nearly as well and have a plasticky feel, and come off and break easily. Couple of times I tore one completely in half

Plus they don't come in magnum size.

Lifestyle Skyn = FTW

Made of polyisoprene, and even have a 'large' version. Highly recommended for when you are with a latex-allergic gal.

Looks like the "inventor" in the OP is actually a con man

Can't believe taxpayer money is being wasted like this...

It's amazing the "galactic cap" thing took off. I've had that idea for years but since condoms are medical devices I had trouble dealing with the regulatory bullshit.

OK, I sprung for both the lamb-skins and the polyurethane, bought both on a quick trip back to the US.

Here's what I found: I forgot to buy the XXL version, and couldn't fit my monster cock in either the lambskins or the polyurethane, and thus was forced to raw dog... These things were just tiny. I pity the man who has such a small penis who can fit in these things...

Cosign the Lifestyle Skyn but because they're non latex I can't comment on whether or not they're as safe as regular latex. They may break easier. But damn if they're not a great feel. I also hear a lot of talk about crowns. I want to try those (hopefully very) soon.

Lambskin feels like rawdogging but have no disease protection. I feel lambskin is "the married guys" condom. But they are expensive. No way I would use one on a whore. Viruses will go right through like nothing.
Getting a thin trojan wet inside with lube before putting it on makes a big difference in feel. Much safer too.

After years of experimenting with all types and brands of condoms, rawdogging is the best.

Ha, seriously, any extra thin condom with a receptacle is good. Feels like close to nothing. Until they come up with a revolution in materials condoms will stay pretty much the same for a long while.

Polyurethane condoms are no good for me. They dont strech as much so they are harder to put on, and the supposed "thermal" qualities that make them feel closer to your skin temperature are negligible. Really, as if the first thing you thought when putting on a latex condom where "woah, that feels cold..."
