Moving to Medellin

I'm trying to move to Medellin, Colombia. I heard its on of the best cities in South America. My plan so far is to visit in May, (I already have the ticket) and make my final move in August. Anyone here been to Medellin? What's the best spots to meet women for day and night game. I'm going to be there for 15 days but I plan on visiting Cali as well.

Medellin is a cool spot, by far the nicest and most fun of all Colombian cities, to me it is a very livable place, that being said, there are some down sides to consider such as the flakiness of the women and of course the violence. Both of those issues can be avoided if you take the proper steps to step up your game and not put yourself in precarious situations. To me, Medellin isn't a great place for a short vacation if banging lots of women is your priority (especially if you rely heavily on internet and night game) but since your goal is to live there, then I"m sure that you'll like it. There's a lot of good info on this forum about Medellin, just use the search function and you'll find what you're looking for.

Yeah to be honest there are three reasons on why I'm moving to Medellin. Cost of living, Weather and it's not halfway across the world. If I really just wanted pussy all day I would move to Thailand or PI. I get plenty of women here in the states and I never put pussy on a pedestal. You can lose a lot of money chasing pussy but you never lose pussy chasing money. But from doing my research it said Medellin was a pretty safe city. What kind of violence is still going on there? Is it like pickpockets or something worse.

Drugging. Robbery. Murder. You name it and Medellin has it. I know several people who have been drugged and/or robbed. Another forum member had a friend killed here during a robbery (the guy resisted). Recently there was a member that posted about having a gun pulled on him for approaching some guy's girls.

On the other hand, I've walked Poblado alone at all hours of the night, in many cases while using my cell phone and haven't had any problems. I also frequently venture to less touristy areas (Centro, Itagui, Chagualo, etc) and walk around with my girl or friends and luckily haven't had any issues. I think that if you stick to safer areas, use some common sense, don't pick fights, and don't make yourself a target, you'll be pretty safe.

Roosh made a fairly informative video here:

In all seriousness you're going to love it. I went back in February, and now I'm planning on trying to see if I can make it a couple months there/more.

Wow you serious? It's funny the guys on the YouTube channels also told me to stay in Poblado too, but why move to another country just to stay in one area. I guess if I venture out I have to put my nikes and iPhone up and switch them for flip flops and a flip phone. What's even funnier Forbes.com recommends this place to retire.

You can still visit other parts of the country, that's not out of the question. But "living" is another story.

Just don't leave the house with anything you don't want to lose and avoid the really bad areas, especially at night. If you live in almost any large city there are areas you try to avoid. As long as I don't get killed I think the risks are acceptable. The murder rate is on par with the worst american cities, but I'd guess is mostly contained to the bad neighborhoods.
