They got Sao Paulo and Bangkok right but the rest seems suspect and BA has no place on that list, Rio does though.

@ Gringo
i dont really have blonde hair neither and I got very slim IOI's when i was at the clubs in Rio. Maybe I was in the wrong places and didnt be as aggressive as I needed.
You will get more play in Peru and Colombia imo over Rio.
Haha maybe I should dye it, I'm pretty sure that would look like shit on me though. I don't want to make this into a thread about Rio, but how necessary is Portuguese there? I'm decently conversational (fluent in Spanish, finished Rosetta Stone for Portuguese) but not enough to really spit game. Would you recommend looking for girls that speak English, speaking Spanish and hoping they understand well enough, or toughing it out with the level of Portuguese I have?
In my opinion normal average girls dont speak much english. only rich grls and p4p girls speak semi conversational english imo

Crappy list as usual, filled with clichés, bad or outdated info and full of politically correctness BS stuff. I have been around and the place I have seen with the highest concentration of hotties dressed to kill has been by far Tokyo (which happens to be the sickest city in the world bar none, however, it's not cheap). Not even Ipanema beach posto 9 on a hot sunny sunday afternoon can match that. That list lost all and any credibility for the simple reason that Tokyo is not even mentioned. However, the best city in terms of overall package (weather, nightlife, food, women, friendliness of women and ease of hook up, infrastructure, key strategic location close to world class beaches/cities, attractions, history/touristy stuff, cool activities and cost of living) has to be Bangkok IMO. The city with the biggest nightlife scene in the world IMO has to be São Paulo. First of all, the city is humongous and even if you were to go out each night to a different venue for 6 straight months, you'd only scratch the surface of what this mammoth of a city has to offer. However, it's not as cheap as it used to be. SP is now as expensive as NYC, if not more in certain aspects.

I live in Toronto and have friends who live there. The job market is very tight there and loads of people end up moving to Toronto for work.

They even have a little Dominican festival out there now.

These lists are always awful. I swear the people who put them together haven't stepped foot outside the US once...
Buenos Aires night life gets an 9, but Tel Aviv gets a 10? Uhh...

Tel Aviv and Beruit just have MASSIVE exotic appeal for me. You cant have a list without them on it imo.... The looks of the females alone warrant such high regard, not to mention the nightlife and history.

Aside from the fact clubs in BA open at stupid o'clock (2-3am) and close when you should be getting up for the day there's nothing special / different about the night life IMO. I found most of the clubs pretty boring, the only memorable one was Pacha on NYE for the outdoor courtyard area, raving away whilst the sun came up was special.

I partied in Tel Aviv and not only were the girls mediocre but the venues were too...
BA is definitely overrated as a place to bang girls (very hard actually) but as far as crazy nightlife options available 7 nights a week, there are few cities that are better. But yeah, if I wanted to get laid quick, I'd take NYC over it.
