5. Do you live in the Miami-Dade/Broward area? If so, add 5 points.

6. Do you have at least five close friends/family members in the Miami-Dade/Broward area? If so, add 3 points regardless of whether you live in the area or are visiting.

7. Are you familiar with various areas of Miami-Dade, for example do you know what the hell people are talking about when they mention Allapattah or Doralzuela? If so, add 3 points regardless of whether you live in the area or are visiting.

8. Can you dance to latin music? If so, add 5 points.

9. Can you dance to non-latin music. If so, add 3 points.

10. Do you have approach anxiety? If you have no anxiety, add 5 points. If you have some anxiety, but do a fair amount of approaches, add 3 points. If you have serious anxiety, subtract 5 points.

This test is meant more for South Beach than for other parts of Miami-Dade, as Seamus' question was in response to me saying that the beach in South Beach and Lincoln Road are great day game spots. I didn't tailor this test to flatter myself or give myself a pat on the back. Using this test, I lose points for multiple reasons.

Maximum score is 49 points. I'm 100% sure that no forum members are at 49 points, not Mixx, not G, not Little Dark. There are quite a few guys here who are above 30 points though.

If your score is 30 or above, I'm sure that you would get girls in South Beach if you go for a week or more and put in a fair amount of effort. You may even be able to go undefeated or close to it if you try hard enough. I'm also pretty sure that you could get girls if you only went for five days or a long weekend. Quality should be above average to the very best. If a guy in this category is getting average or below average, he is selling himself short.

If your score is between 20 and 29, you have a good chance of getting girls if you go for a week or more, but don't be surprised if you get blanked. Quality could be all over the map. If you work on your language skills, style, and fitness, you could do better.

If your score is under 20, you will likely get blanked even if you spend a week or more. You may get lucky, but you may very well be disappointed.

This is along the lines of what I was thinking. Basically, in Miami there's a premium placed on being extroverted, in shape, and flashy, even more so than in other places.

For me I'd need to bone up on my fashion game and latin dance for sure.

One question I have regarding the languages. I speak fluent Spanish (have lived 4 years in Latin America, working almost completely in Spanish) yet in NYC Latinos will never speak it with me, even if their English is lousy. I get the impression they don't want gringos intruding on their culture or something.

It's kind of bizarre, in a city with millions of Spanish speakers my language ability is almost useless, outside from a couple Washington Heights girls I've banged. From your post I'm assuming Miami is different that way?

I would say that speaking Spanish (and other languages) is definitely more important in Miami than in New York, although it definitely is a help in New York. At least one other forum member has said something to the effect that in New York people with poor English insist on speaking English. That hasn't been my experience at all, but when I'm in New York, I tend to only spend time in Jackson Heights and Manhattan.

I just re-read your test, and saw you have a big chunk of points based around familiarity/connections to the area.

Like most places, there is a bit of a home field advantage, but that in and of itself won't make or break you. A while back, Jariel made a post saying something to the effect of it is better to be out of town because the girls don't have to worry aboyt running into you in Publix. I think that is the only thing that Jariel ever posted that I disagree with.

I've daygamed extensively across the world, including some of the places mentioned here, and I track things pretty carefully, so I can give some hard numbers on this question.

I will write how many 7s and above (and 8+s) you can approach per hour in the given area, on average, if you are doing cold approach street game, approaching lones and 2sets. I only include places I've daygamed for at least three whole days/afternoons. I will place a * next to numbers that are highly variable (meaning some days there will be nothing for hours and other days there's a parade of hotties).

Mazatlan, Mexico is a great spot for day game. If you walk on the Malecon in the evening you will see all sorts of girls that are highly approachable. They will range from upper to lower class and be open to socializing because that is customary for everyone getting off of work and simply hanging out. The malecon is always jam packaged right before the sun goes down and into the night. Don't even think about coming here without at least conversation level Spanish and good luck on the heat if you come here in the summer. There are plenty of affordable hotels, convenient stores and beaches on the malecon too. Crime and narco violence is nothing much to be afraid of these days. This city is all about leisure, drugs, sex and friendliness. Its a shame that its, so over looked. By the way, the girls here have some of the prettiest faces and sexiest bodies. Ayala is oversaturated with pros and snobby ugly rich Cebuanas and Koreans. It's a spot for johns now.

I personally don't do daygame in Cebu because it's an utter waste of my time. However, lesser known malls with great foot traffic like Elizabeth and JY are underrated.
