Marxist liberal media is at it again with "Somewhere in America"

To Kill A Mockingbird was a very good book if I recall correctly.

Check out my occasionally updated travel thread - The Wroclaw Gambit II: Dzięki Bogu - as I prepare to emigrate to Poland.

It almost seems like liberals and SJWs in general think that there is a group of elite white men sitting in a room somewhere plotting evil plans to oppress all women, gays, blacks, hispanics, etc etc. One thing that successful people have in common is that they take their lives into their own hands and don't let anyone else determine their fate, regardless of 'privilage'.

And if someone can't make it through To Kill a Mockingbird without a 'trigger warning', their life is going to be pretty rough. We are coddling this generation too much.

You mean this group of elite evil white men....[Image: evil.gif]

The scary thing is all the stay at home moms who gobble all this shit Where they can latch onto bs ideas in their loneliness and instill it into their kids and beta husbands

Watched about half before I had to stop it.

Brief summary:
Blatant propaganda that panders to SJW, SWPL and hipster types. Speaks from a pseudo-revolutionary point of view("Government is bad and mean for allowing guns and men to rape, but we must have strict rules and laws(thanks government) to protect our feelings from being hurt), a fallacious standpoint that is popular with hashtag activists and other social media megaphone types.

Each girl was handpicked so no one felt under-represented. And luckily one of them was a bit chubby and dumpy, because fat shaming is bad. One of them had very subdued body language, because making simplistic comparisons that remind us society is terrible, is very serious and must carry no flippancy.

Watching television at this point is voluntarily flooding your brain with pure, concentrated doses of the blue pill.

100%.

Stop watching broadcast TV, especially if you have a family. Watch films or play games instead, cook together, eat together. Anything but watch broadcast TV.

Aside from the fact that most of what they said isn't even true...

Is it not a tad hypocritical for SJWs to complain about censorship?

So let me see if I understand: blame is doled out for the Spanish American War, Slavery and Native American relocation.

The middle is patently absurd, but the other 2 I know little about.

The day the Islamic World apologizes for slavery is the day I will feel responsible personally

They're probably talking about the Mexican American War and entanglements in Latin America, but you've given me a great idea: Next time one of these clowns tells me to check my privilege I'll bust out 'America oppressed my people in the Spanish American War' and watch the cognitive dissonance in action. That should give the hamster some exercise.

Some fat girl said this in the comments section:

"This isn't what I'm taking away from the video but in the US are kids seriously weighed in class and their weight called out? That would have scarred me as a child!"

This is the mentality of this generation. They shouldn't hear any unpleasant truths about themselves, otherwise it will "scar" them.
