My friend just started working in a museum, so he get's to see tourists from all over the world. Today, 4 Brazilian girls went to the museum where my friend works, and he was keen on one of them. He opened them by talking about an exhibit and then he made small talk with them for a bit, but he didn't know how he'd be able to isolate one of the Brazilians from the rest of her friends, so he called me during his lunch break, so I can give him my opinion, and I couldn't think of a suitable way to manage the situation, so this is what I told him:
1. You're at work, so you run the risk of getting fired if you openly flirt with the Brazilian girl.
2. The Brazilian girl is not going to ditch her friends to talk to you since she's on holiday.
3. Just go for it, if you want.
I didn't know how he'd be able to isolate the girl, then build enough comfort at work, so he can possibly get a date with her.
Any ideas? I felt I was a bit of a downer, but I honestly couldn't think of ways he could accomplish his task since he was at work.
