I can see your point. And it can be difficult to draw a line between reasonable indulgence of someone's narcissism, and taking advantage of a mentally ill person. But I think this faggot is clearly a case where his doctors went too far and failed to provide adequate care. I would say my thinking was somewhat influenced by this Louis Theroux documentary:
