My sister went to medical school in Houston and lived a stone's throw away from downtown (which is a joke by the way). Houston has the shittiest logistics of any large American city i've ever been to. Their "metro" only go's north to south for about 12 stops. Bus system is slow and too spread out, and forget about walking. Many nice neighborhoods don't even have side-walks, are gated and are meant for cars only. Too many women are fat or undesirable looking. If you like white chicks forget about going to east Houston. Also, the only good looking girls are college aged however if one is in their 30's or 40's the picking are very slim as most of the women tend to settle down, pop kids, and gain weight right after college.

Also, Houston ain't that cheap. I spent a bit of time by Rice University and was paying over 1k/month for a small 1 bedroom. Not a good value.
Again, I stand correct in that most US cities are expensive and don't have good-looking women (except perhaps for some small pockets in FL or Cali).

My best friend took a job in Houston after college - he echoes many of your statements + says that every club in the city is a complete sausage fest with 2:1 or even 3:1 ratios being completely common in the times he has gone out.

People who move to Houston from shitty locations will like it, and those who move from better locations (my friend came from NYC) will probably dislike it.

If you want to live in the best locations - you should expect to pay at least 1500-2000 for a 1 BR. If you add the insanely expensive car insurance and gas to go anywhere, your cost of living will be surprisingly high in Houston.

For some reason I notice a lot of guys from Houston or TX guys saying it's great, and all the guys from way out of town that have visited saying it sucks. Dallas and Austin don't get these sorts of criticisms.

That's probably because Houston is huge and can't be cracked in a week while Austin is the opposite. I will say it again Houston is huge that city has a lot more to it then the popular areas and spots, sort of comparable to LA..+1 for N.O. but not sure if I could handle living there, I would probably become an alcoholic and contract a nasty std every other week!

I stay right outside the perimeter and I'm roughly 15 miles from the middle of the city. ATL is most definitely a driving city. We do have public transport but you'll almost ALWAYS opt to drive once you've ridden the bus a few times. Especially when bouncing a chick to your crib.

Mentavious, for what you're looking for in ATL your best bets would be Midtown, Old Fourth Ward/Inman Park, and Virginia Highlands. There's also a ton of construction going on west of Georgia Tech. Most of these neighborhoods have a few restaurants each but it's easy to catch an Uber to other parts of the city when you want.

My verdict on Atlanta after a couple of years is that it's a cool place, but it can be tough place to move to as a single guy 30+. Never hard to find pussy to chase but hard to make guy friends since most guys are married by 30 here.

are 10 pounds heavier AT LEAST.

Dallas has the best looking 25+ females in the state. Austin is
nice but the avg age is low 20's. So it depends on which market
you want to go after.

If you like heavy girls Houston is a paradise. Houston does have
the most asian females and is the must international of the cities.
