It would be better to infect them with swine flu. That way the the virus would be haraam and the isis fighters would be forced to commit suicide due to the dishonour of being infected by pig disease. This is the only option.

Actually, we should be afraid of ISIS terrorists getting access to any person infected with Ebola. With their fanatical devotion to the cause, they could deliberately disease themselves and start going around in a kind of a slow kamikaze attack.
