Hello everyone,

First thread here. I did a quick search to see if I was making a repeat post, and while I did find something that might suggest a solution, mine is a bit more unique.

Stay with me here, as this would mean the world to me to get some wise words from the people of this forum.

Some background:
I am currently a 23 y/o recent university graduate pursuing real estate that has been reading and absorbing information since I was a teenager. Things like being subscribed to David DeAngelo's email list for cocky funny when I was 14, reading The Game, etc. Up till now, I've been on the whole online dating thing for the past little while. As for this Roosh forum and a few other main blogs, I've only recently discovered as of several months ago, but I have been hooked since.

However, my point is that I still feel stuck. I have enough knowledge about game, but lack the resources to pull it off. Money is the primary concern. As of right now, it looks like it's going to be another 5-8 years before I even get to move out, have a bachelor pad downtown and live life. There's a house rule with my parents - no chicks allowed. As for my fitness and health, that is above average as I grew up in a health-conscious home and I work out very often.

Note: I am not a virgin, but my notch count can't compare to most guys on the forum. I read posts from CMQ, and other posters about living the life and often think - how do I achieve the same?

I've taken the red pill, but I'm stuck in a blue box, eating blue food with my blue balls.

Enough dreaming, I'm ready to live.

You've been reading game blogs and the associated 'stop being a pussy' mantra for 9 years and you want help on how to not be a pussy and just live?
Living at home is rent free but it has a high cost. If you think that you need to be able to afford an enormous pad in the city before you leave home you'll never leave. Same as guys who say they can't approach until they're rich/jacked/read every book there is/in the right location/with their wing, they never do a single approach.

Agreed. Your parents have a no chicks rule for their 23 year old son? If that is actually true, you should have left by now. Girls don't need your cash, which is what allows them to spread it for alphas in the first place. Assuming you're not a troll: go forth and slay.

Well bro whether this post is legit or not I have some advice that should solve your problem.

Make friends with a guy who has his own pad that likes to fuck girls to. Then when you get a girl down to fuck you take her to your boys house where his parents aren't there telling you not to bring chicks over. I have fucked lots of chicks at my friends house and my friends have fucked a lot of chicks at my house.

Its really not that hard.

Where do you live that doesn't allow you to afford at least a cheap apartment? Or are you trying to pay off student loans?

Thank you dudes for all the advice. It hit me a little hard but I realize I should be out of here asap.

Hesitating earned me nothing. Going to contact a buddy of mine who happens to have his own pad. Will see if I can work something out.

I had a laugh reading your post as my parents were the same way. Heck I'm currently renting my parnets place form them paying their mortgage and when my moms in town I'm still not allowed to have girls in my room and I'm a grown man paying their mortgage to help them out while htey are living out of state so I feel you there.

I remember one funny story used to bring girls home after the bars and generally my parents would be sleeping and wouldn't know one way or the other but one night I was probably drunk banging around getting snacks, bringing beers down in the basement. Wound up falling asleep down there after girl left. In the morning I wake up at like 7am with my mom vacuuming right by me. I wake up like wtf are you doing and she proceeds to tell me "this is my home, this isn't a brothel, stop bringing girls back here at 3am blah blah blah" lol.

I think your biggest handicap is that you need all this stuff to get chicks. I get it sucks not having a place to bring girls but try to go to their place, living at home you should have some extra disposable income to occasionally spring for a hotel, waste of money but what are you gonna do, I used to have to do that occasionally. Fortunately for me I also worked at a store I had keys and access to though not the most professional thing to do I would bring girls back to my store I worked at in off hours and hangout in the back room.

Depending upon how much income you have to spend maybe try renting a room or getting a place with buddies, you can often find rooms for like under $400 a month. You could laso try that roomate hustle someone posted about a few weeks back renting a place and then subleasing rooms to individuals and pocketing the difference or living rent free.
