When he was yanking that girl around and the fat girl in stripes broke it up and he said why is she talking to him the fat girl says "Cause she is a independent woman"...... if shes such a strong independent woman then she shouldn't need that fat zebra looking girl to jump the bush as come to her rescue.

I think in situations like this I would at least say something to the dude. I might not tackle him or pick a fight with him but out in public venues like this was I would get close to him and tell him to clam down or chill. I wouldn't think I would end up getting shot or stabbed by this cat in these types of places. If it was in some alley in behind some sketchy bar late at night I wouldn't be as inclined to intervene unless I thought a guy was gonna to end up killing some girl. If I am in foreign country I wouldn't be inclined to say shit, again unless I thought someone was gonna get killed.
