I have looked around but couldn't find a thread devoted to this subject. I know that Roosh made a blog post on this aspect of game (http://www.rooshv.com/sniper-game), but I wanted to expand and/or get some discussion about it, particularly with respect to number three.
Full disclosure: I don’t consider my game incredibly advanced, I am not the most outgoing person in the world, I can be a drunken mess sometimes, and I don’t dress like a champion. Yet, I do have quite a few notches on my belt and most people that know me agree that “I do well with the ladies.” There is probably one major reason for this: I am a sniper. Sniping is 80% of my game, and if you learn to do it well, it will increase your efficiency exponentially.
Ever since I started picking up girls I have always focused on tuning my sniper game. In short, sniping is the first step of picking up a girl. It’s the portion of the game that takes place between when you arrive at a venue and when you actually approach girls. Contrary to popular opinion, what is the most important for closing girls that night is not how many girls you approach or how good your game is, but rather which girls you approach.
I like to call the degree to which a girl would go home with someone or you the "likelihood meter." The higher chance a girl is down to fuck that night, the greater her likelihood meter is and vice versa.
I thought I would share with you guys some of the things I have learned in the past. Some of these things may not be original or may be plainly obvious. In fact, many of these approaches may be things you do subconsciously or completely intuitive, because sniping is intuitive. However, breaking it down to more of a science can really help you do it more effectively.
One of the fundamental rules of sniping is body language. A girl that is open with her body is more likely to be looking for sex than one who is closed off. I’ll give the example of two girls together at a bar or club. If you see two girls standing together talking face to face, particularly rather close, this is not the best situation. On the other hand, if you see two girls standing shoulder-to-shoulder, looking around, (whether talking to each other or not) this is much better. This may seem like a small difference but it is worlds apart. The simple fact of the matter is when two girls are standing shoulder-to-shoulder they want people to approach them, they are peacocking themselves to men in their radius. Test this out next time you are out, if you see two couples of girls of each body position, approach both of them and see which of the two couples is more welcoming and approachable.

Girls on the outskirts of dance floors or camped out by the bar for example are looking for approaches. If they aren’t, they may be camped out in a corner somewhere or at a table. Girls aren’t oblivious to game either; they know guys are going to pull them onto the dance floor if they are there without anyone to dance with, they know guys are coming and going to the bar to get drinks and want to hit on girls while they are waiting.
Perhaps the most important rule of sniping is behaviours. A girl’s behaviour can be a combination of things above (obviously body language is a large component of behaviour). But more specifically, you must look at what they are doing rather than what they look like. Is there a girl in a group that keeps looking around at other people? Is there a girl that keeps straying off and going for a cigarette by herself? Is there a girl wandering aimlessly around the venue? These are behaviours of girls that want to get laid. Think about how hard you try to isolate girls in groups when gaming, if they are willing to isolate themselves this is like stealing candy from a baby. There is also a flip side to this, girls you want to avoid are constant smart-phoners, alpha-leaders of groups, and “carousel couples” (the two girls that are getting constantly approached and no one is closing except number closes). You need to weed out the girls who are either looking for fun or attention with the girls that secretly just want to grab a cock and get out of there.
Contrary to some popular beliefs, most girls aren’t necessarily looking for cock when they go out. They could be looking for validation, social interaction, “fun with the girls,” or any other number of stupid shit. However, for the most part wherever you go there are at least a few girls who are looking for sex partners for the night. The point of sniping is to target the latter type of girls right away so you don’t waste a bunch of time or increase your chances of striking out during the night.
Let me put it this way, if you approach 5 girls who have a high likelihood meter, then your chances are better than if you approach 50 that don’t have that level of likelihood meter.
There are also certain types of girls at clubs/bars to look out for. Let’s go over some of Americas’ most hit-able list:
1)Single girl at the bar. If you see a girl sitting alone at the bar, particularly one not looking at her phone, this is the heavens opening to you. This girl is screaming to the whole bar that she is available and wants to mingle.
2)Two shoulder-to-shoulder perchers. These girls are standing near the dance floor, close to the bar, or somewhere open with open stances and looking around. This is a common technique that cougars employ regularly. Perhaps best approached with a wing-man, but definitely possible solo.
3)The second most drunk girl in a group of girls. Why the second you may ask? Well, if you have noticed that if a girl is shit-faced off her rocker than other girls in her group might “stand guard” against any predators that may try to swoop in. The second most drunk girl usually floats under the radar meaning you are less likely to get cock-blocked when you try to isolate her.
4)The constant smoker(s). Sure, smokers need their nicotine so girls going out to light one up might not mean anything. But if they are out there for a ridiculous amount of time they want to be approached. Approaches happen more often in the smoke pit than probably anywhere else outside of the dance floor and they are totally aware of this.
5)The wanderer(s). These are the girls, particularly the ones who wander alone, that go to get a drink, then they go to the bathroom, then they walk around the venue, then they go back to bar, then they go somewhere else, you get the point: they don’t ever stay in one place. They are looking for something, and it could very well be your cock.
6)The fresh arrivals. This logic rests on the assumption that girls that look like, or have been, at the venue for a really long time are usually not looking for sex. If they were, they would already be all over some guy there or had left already. Girls that come latter and have just arrived are much likelier to get caught up in the atmosphere (i.e. you showing them a good time) than those who have been standing in the same corner of the bar for the entire night.
7)The solo-dancer. This one pretty much speaks for itself.
Of course, knowing these types and keeping an eye out for them isn’t really sniping. You need to make sniping part of your routine and never lose your concentration on every girl in the venue unless you have locked into a girl. When I arrive at a venue, I will spend upwards of 30 minutes alone on my sniping game. This means getting a couple drinks, posting up at the bar or a good vantage point and analyzing every girl in the place. Of course, you don’t need to be just standing there looking around intensely at other people, that is just weird, but you need to be on the lookout while talking to other people, dancing, or whatever you usually do normally.
When you start to notice some anomalies, make mental notes of them and keep tabs on their behaviour throughout your time at that venue. You are gathering information at this stage. When you see a particularly vulnerable target then pounce. If you see a target freshly isolate herself from a group then approach. If you have been eyeing a girl for a while and think her likelihood meter is high, then approach. You can also use this stage to set up pre-approaches. Eye-fuck a few girls and see how they respond, this is just as vital for information as observing. Some girls may seem like they have high likelihood meters, but may totally not respond to any escalation at all. When you walk by a girl does she check you out and make eye contact? Or does she completely ignore you even though she saw you?
Just like any other component of game, this takes practice. One fairly effective way of practicing is to turn it into a game. Play the game with your buddies on who can spot the girl with the highest likelihood meter, and state your reasons for thinking she is. Then send your buddies or yourself on missions to test your hypotheses. Even if you don’t end up bagging the chick you can still figure out how approachable she really was. Of course, sniping game is quite good for solo riders, so you can just play this game internally with yourself to the same effect.

The purpose of going out was to get one of the guys laid because he rarely does, so really we were all looking for girls to hit on. We walked in and got some drinks. Within seconds I had my eye on this cute girl sitting alone at the bar. She was visibly tipsy, looking around the venue, and had a short dress on. I ask the guys if they see what I see and they were totally oblivious. I said fuck it, sat down, ordered 4 shots and started macking on this girl. Within 10 minutes I was making out with her. Asked her to go for a smoke, by the end of the smoke she was coming home with me to my apartment which was a 5 minute walk away. This girl was one of the freakiest girls I have ever encountered in the sack (the next morning I had a bunch of bite marks all across my chest and nail marks all in my back and shoulders) . She was actually a bi-girl that leaned towards girls but I found out later that she had come to Montreal for a week to basically have sex with a bunch of people. Did I need to be some game master to slay this girl? Fuck no, it could have been done by literally anyone.
