I've been doing a lot of research on this topic since my recent dealing with antibiotics. I've found some very good information that seems credible to build anyone's health and resistance to infections and disease. Namely: having very healthy diverse gut flora.
I'm currently taking a Probiotic now. I've researched whatever one you take, do it 15-30 minutes before eating. Preferably on an empty stomach as studies show it absorbs better.
I think this might be a holy grail of health support I was fortunate enough to stumble upon because of issues with antibiotics.
There are supportive foods that can help healthy gut bacteria flourish too like whole plant based foods: fruits and veggies. And fermented foods (can be easy or hard to get depending on where you live but they have been used for thousands of years to promote health and as a way of ancient cooking).
If you have any experience or knowledge to aid in this discussion, please add. Would love to discover more about this topic.
