Logistics - which housing situation would you pick?

Logistics - which housing situation would you pick?

So I am getting last minute housing at my university and I need to tell the housing people which option I want tomorrow.

Option A: Take a dorm room with a roommate in one of the centrally located dorms on campus.

Pros: lots of girls right in the building with me, very short walk to campus hot spots, other dorms right next door. Much easier to bounce from party to party, easy to develop a decent social circle.

Cons: no idea what my roommate might be like, and obviously sharing a room means I can't just bring a girl back to bang her whenever I want.

Option B: Take a room without a roommate in a 4 person apartment in the hippie village a bit off campus.

Pros: I get my own room.

Cons: No idea what my housemates would be like. 5 minute walk to the places worth being on campus, which is no big thing except it's going to be cold as fuck come mid October. The place is isolated in the middle of the woods so it might seem pretty sketchy to girls I invite back the first time.

----

Getting my own place off campus isn't going to happen because I'm only going to be here for 4 months, and it's a lot easier to pay for school housing given the way my funding is coming in.

I'm inclined toward the dorm option, but I can't quite get over the whole having a roommate thing. I just feel like he's going to be a major league cockblocker or something. I've never had a roommate except in the army, so I don't really know how that's going to work.

So, what would you pick in my shoes?

Why not? I would bang bitches in my bed all day and night while my roommate was fappin in the corner. Some girls might not be comfortable with it and it might cost you bangs there. However I would not think twice to fuck a girl in MY bed if thats where I lived, roommate or no roommate.

To answer your question I would stay at the school in a dorm on campus. Its part of the experience of going to college. Plus there will always be people around looking for something to get into.

Logistically I'd pick B since it's only a 5 minute walk to campus and has all the advantages over the dorms you described. If you're a freshman though than being in the dorms would be a big advantage O-week. If you're not happy with dorm life you can always just move next semester.

I'd go with Option A:

Logistics are key here.
When it's super cold during winter and you try and pull a girl from a party on campus you might be screwed over if she has to look for a jacket/coat. I've lost a bang to this.
Since you live on campus you wont be considered an "unknown guy". Even if you don't talk to the girl at all if you try to swoop her she'll have seen you around with other girls and pre-selection is king at university.
The 4 bedroom apartment could be an even worse deal.
3 roommates vs 1 roommate?
The chances of having 3 other chill dudes is so low.

Depending on how cool or not cool your roommate is you could just buy him some noise cancelling headphones for when you're banging out a freshman.
Just put up a sheet between the beds and you should be good to go.

Regardless of what an above poster mentioned, most girls will not fuck you with a roommate fapping in the corner.

And no, that isn't a limiting belief.

I'm a senior, this is my last semester and I've never lived on campus here. Neither option was good; I would've been a lot happier with a single dorm room, but beggars can't be choosers.

I ended up in the hippie village. It's a bit cheaper overall and I don't have to get a meal plan like I would living in the dorms. I'll probably spend plenty of time in the dorms anyway. I was going to pick the dorm room but the stuff they told me about my proposed roommate... eh, just didn't feel right. I don't want to get into details but my previous experience suggests this kind of guy would be Captain Cockblock Extraordinaire. At least this way I have my own room and I can cook my own meals, and take a shit in private.

Either way you went I am sure you will have a great time.

Have fun and make it a memorable time that you can look back on and smile.

Best of luck!
