Daily Challenges

It's said that we learn the most when we make mistakes, and become stronger through hardships and struggle. Challenges better us, they help us grow and develop as men. They teach us what it means to have a strong will, and realize that we can endure anything as long as we are up for the challenge.

As a common theme on RvF, personal development is held to a high regard. Not only are we focused on improving our lifestyle, our relationships, and our game... We also try to become grounded, cool, ready for any situation that comes about. This is accomplished by being completely comfortable in any scenario - no matter how uncomfortable it may be.

Certain simple things can be done to push our boundaries on a daily basis - Cold Showers, lifting heavier weight in the gym, forcing ourselves to approach women, learning a new skill (coding/accounting/hustling), imagining a life where we call the shots; and how to get to that position.

Now I'm wondering, what are little challenges you can give yourself on a scale of days, weeks, months, or years that will contribute to your comfort and ability to withstand situations and assist your personal development. Challenges that push your boundaries, force you to adapt, make you uncomfortable, make you think and over-all permit you to become a leader. Someone who is comfortable being uncomfortable - someone who relishes in their mistakes and knows they help make you the man you are to become.

What can we do daily to help us grow into a stronger person?

Daily Challenges

Check out a game called 'Rejection Therapy' its based on this idea. I think there is even a TED talk called '100 days of rejection'.

That was a good TED talk. I think I may start watching more TED vids, they seem really informational! The big challenges I've seen are the ones like:

- An approach a day for one month
- A book a week for one year
- 30 days of cold showers
- No fapping/porn
- 100 days of rejection (thank you)

Really I'm just wondering what other things are there that we can do to make ourselves uncomfortable and learn a little bit more about ourselves?
