This notion that somehow a shaved vulva is reminiscent of prepubescence is really weird and borderline feminist shaming. The mons pubis enlarges during puberty and is a distinct indicator that a woman is of reproductive age - shaved or not. Chicks have been shaving their pubes for at least 4000 years.

Exactly. This is another feminist shaming tactic and a silly argument.

If u like bush just say you like bush.

I've never once heard a woman say she doesnt want her man to shave his balls because it reminds her of a child. Adult males are naturally much hairier than females by default so a lack of pubic hair on a male would be an even bigger sign of prepubescence.

Another thing ive noticed is in all modern historical films/series (300, Spartacus, etc) whenever they show a full frontal scene the character has a huge 70s style bush as if no one shaved prior to 1980. Most of these ancient societies like greece, egypt, india and rome had already been mowing down the beaver, so a smooth pussy on screen would be historically accurate.

The Quran actually states that Muslims (men and women) should shave, or at least closely trim, their pubic hair (armpits and groin) for hygiene reasons. So there is direct evidence that some people were triming/shaving since the 1400s.
