Hitting the Balkans in September and have a bit of a cunundrum as to where to go.
I spent almost all of July in Split, Croatia and had a blast! Made a few great friends (locals) and scored an Aussie and Fin tourist. Sadly nothing local hence my desire to go back for most of September seeing as that the tourist crowds will thin and school comes back into session in October. The friends I made there are very active socially and I see a large potential to get introduced into social circles this trip. If I go I will also be taking language classes for the fun of it to fill time which I am sure wont hurt.
Reading on this forum however has influenced me to step back and reevaluate my plans and perhaps deviate towards Sofia, Bulgaria. I absolutely love the Bulgarian female look and a month there might prove very interesting. I also cannot believe how cheap it is! I am also assuming their school will be coming back into session around late Sept or Early Oct and want to see it before it gets cold, I dont do cold.
Odessa is also on my list of considerations but I may be stepping off the deep end hitting Ukraine for my first FSU visit even though from what I have read so far I might do ok and know enough Russian to possibly get myself in trouble![[Image: wink.gif]](https://rooshvforum.network/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Just trying to get my ducks in row before I start some serious pipelining in the 2 weeks prior to my departure.
I am also thinking of moving somewhere in the Balkans since I can live anywhere in the world I want (and do very well), these trips are sort of a litmus test as to where I may want to relocate to for a year or two. I really probably should see more of the Balkans before I make some spontaneous purchase of property in Croatia, luckily the property purchase process takes some time for foreigners so it cant be that spontaneous haha. Croatia is my top choice for now because they dont use Cyrillic and their language is mutually intelligable in Bosnia and Serbia.
If anyone needs info on Austin, TX shoot me a message, that has been my playground the last 5 years.
