A Discussion on the Word "Creepy"

I have a question for the top alphas on this forum:
What is your stance on being "creepy"

What I find is that if a girl is into me: I'm called smooth, a player, a womanizer, a manwhore, ect. ect. (these seem to be terms of endearment more than anything)
If a girl isn't into me (i.e. does not find me attractive) then I am now "creepy"

Is this an inevitable consequence of running game or is creepy a label that I can avoid? Mind you the only reason I truly care if a girl calls me creepy is I worry it will mess up my chances with her social circle (omg, don't hook up with that creepy guy!!).

Thanks in advance for any input brothers.

Grant me serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference
