Whenever I watch a DVD at home these days, I'll turn on the Spanish subtitles, but keep the audio in English.

It's a great way to stay sharp and pick up new vocabulary words that you might not otherwise see when studying from books and tapes.

A better way is to get out of your hotel and go to a Museum and talk to girls about art and your adventures in the country.

I find that helps some too. What I hate though is that if you change it to spanish dialogue, it doesn't match the spanish subtitles.
