I just saw a report on Bloomberg about a new site similar to Airbnb.com. They specialize in full house and apartment rentals, no shared or single room accommodations, which appears to do a nice job of weeding out the latter unlike the sometimes confusing Airbnb listings.

Checked it out and although it doesn't seem to have as many options as Airbnb, the listings are growing. The prices are a little higher, but there are some good bargains as well.
