Yeah, I wouldn't either. Not too mention it's usually the sweetened.

I'm in Cambodia and it's a lot less acceptable to show up and tell them how to make your smoothie (and there's language barrier). They probably wouldn't even have the proper ingredients.

You can go to more upscale juice bars for something healthier though - you're just paying $3 - $4 as opposed to $1.

I've been popping in for a nice juice at those places more often lately, but if I get an apartment will need to just get my own juicer. There's also a street vendor on my room here that does fresh squeezed orange juice for cheap.

Cold shower works wonders for me. Also call someone and go out for a coffee.
