My Wifi in my apartment in Bangkok is the buildings shared system where you need to log into your own username everyday. Since I moved in all my torrents I've been downloading on Utorrent have been stuck on ''connecting to peers''. I looked into it and also talked to another guy in the building and he said there is a guard of some sort.
I can watch YouTube videos and browse, email etc. But when I try to download any torrent there is some block or firewall or something that doesn't let it happen. I guess they do that to prevent slowing the speed down from some bandwidth hog
.
I don't have my own router as they are mounted in the halls. Anybody know how to bypass this kinda stuff?
