Hey all

First post and nice to meet you all. Long time reader and fan.

I am going on a reco mission to the Phils and as I like big cities am going to rent somewhere in Manila for a month in mid June.

I was trying to find the best place to stay and it would appear that Gramercy is uber baller and can't be beat.

Problem is AirBNB prices seem kinda high mostly.

Anyway, any thoughts/suggestions appreciated!

So forum etiquette goes against starting extremely specific threads on topics that have been covered ad infinitum.

There are threads on Manila with extremely specific recommendations on where to stay. Check them out. Always do a search, especially before posting a new thread, especially when it's your first post.
