I want to rent an apartment anywhere from 2-5 months in Valencia. I've been looking at airbnb but compared to local listings airbnb is almost 30% more expensive. I contacted local realtors but they usually make you sign a contract for at least 6 months. Another thing is that I will need a parking space for my car for the duration of my stay.

I lived in Spain for a year:
http://www.easypiso.com is a popular site for flat hunting.
http://www.milanuncios.es is another; this is where I found my spanish flat.
Otherwise just search 'alquiler piso en valencia' in google and go from there.
Car parking - typically pretty bad in any major spanish city in my experience. Many landlords rent out the apartment and parking space separately (although this is not in all cases by any stretch of the imagination).
