Why did she kill herself? It's not as if she was going to be homeless because of her business debt.

I believe it was Mick that bought the condo for her, and I believe she took out a 1.3 Million dollar loan on it for her business. That's probably why she willed it, and everything in it back to Mick. Though they weren't married, he was her partner for 13 years. And maybe she wasn't particularly close to her family, which is why she divide up certain personal possessions among family members while leaving the condo to Mick. Less famous people have all kinds of family issues, so I'm not going to judge her for this.
