Moreover, from an STD standpoint alone it's probably much riskier for women to be promiscuous than it is for men since women are by and large all fucking the same 10-20% of alpha males who are likely to have had a large number of partners themselves. The reverse is unlikely to hold true since the vast majority of young women are able to get laid at will--the male equivalent of the average hypergamous girl's sexual practices would be if you exclusively banged prostitutes and extreme sluts.
It's riskier because the vagina is one large mucous membrane, while the penis is normal skin. Transmission is vastly easier through a mucous membrane.

Gynecologists must be very used to patients with high cock counts in this day and age, so for one to "shame" this chick, she must have some impressive score and quite a gutter down there.

The longer I'm alive, the more "educated woman" sounds like an oxymoron.

She keeps grinning like she's proud. I wonder what her number is, must be at least 50.
I have to say I find her pretty attractive though. Would definitely bang.
Where do they all get the jargon, like 'slut shamed', from? Are they all reading jezzebel and so on, or is that kind of terminology common in the mainstream media in US?

I don't pay attention to mainstream media much, but I think all those made up feminist terms are still exclusive to jezzebel et al. They're in common use among women in academia, such as this chick, but much less so with the general population.

One half of what doctors are supposed to do is shaming people into being healthier.
It even works. Case in point is myself.
Went from 250 lbs to my current 185 lbs because a doctor "shamed" me into doing so (really all he did was tell me the truth, i.e. my health problems at the time were because I was fat and that I didn't need to be fat).

Slut/fat/whatever shaming = someone is making me feel bad about the consequences of something I've done just be merely pointing out said consequences

When you go to a doctor regrading an STI, they are going to ask personal questions and make suggestions regarding your sex life. They are all statistical questions and suggestions so they sound cold, but they are in no way shaming.
For instance, they would ask me (a male) if my partner(s) was on birth control. If I were to say no, then they would either let me know that I am more likely to get a girl pregnant, or that I should consider discussing birth control with my partner(s). If you have had multiple partners in the past year they will automatically let you know that you are participating in risky behavior regarding your sexual health.
Maybe this girl was looking for her doctor to be more bright and vivid, but most people that see the same mistake made patient after patient aren't very charming in the work place.
