i just came back from playa del carmen spending xmas with family. it's my 2nd time there and really enjoyed it. i'm thinking about buying a small condo somewhere along the mayan riviera for a vacation property and ultimately to retire. if you look south of playa, i think you could pick up a really nice condo for about 200k.
