Post your Predictions ....

There is a thread on unpopular opinions but I want to here what people will predict will happen in the future, whether it is short, medium, or long term.

Since I started this thread, I'll go first:
  • Increasingly on online dating sites the fact that women will have children will be hidden. It will start slow with "suggestions" to talk about who you are versus how many kids you have and will escalate into the sites not asking from women or giving you the ability to search for women without kids.
  • Fat acceptance will start with either hate crime legislation or workplace discrimination laws in 2014 for calling someone fat.
I may add more but that is what I see for now.

Who else?

It will be a crime to say transexual women are not real women.

And it will be a sackable offense to say that you would never date one.

1.The Massive Pussy Bubble finally bursts thanks to Sex Robots--within 10 yrs they will be indistinguishable from real women looks wise. Worst thing--you will prefer them to real woman who will continue to be fat, ugly, and bitchy thanks to feminism.

2. Polygamy is legalized, because after gay marriage...there are no standards anymore.

3. 5 yrs--everyone will have a 3D printer in their house. Awesome.

4. Marriage rates continue to plummet for 20-30 yr olds--as men go on strike against draconian divorce legislation.

5. Male birth control pill finally reaches commercial production. 3-5 yrs

6. Feminism keeps going despite some valiant Red Pill resistance--Hillary or some woman will become President in the next 20 yrs. Janet Yellen already the most powerful person on Earth as Fed chairman

7. Gold rebounds and spikes to $4500 in 2015 before crashing back down

8. Spanish becomes the official language of California (20 yrs)--English will still be allowed though, but government publications, etc will be printed in Spanish.

9. Venezuela/Argentina will become great investment opportunities once the current Communist governments are overthrown in bloody coups. I will be buying property in these countries when this happens. 2 yrs

Excellent. Keep them coming. As a bonus if you are correct at some point in the future you should post your proof as well.

Yes, definitely

2. Polygamy is legalized, because after gay marriage...there are no standards anymore.

Doubt it. I highly doubt that "gay marriage" support is at the levels reported. I think that it's more a function of "go away and leave me alone" than anything else. The American people are really puritianical on many things, and I don't see polygamy being legalized anytime soon.

3. 5 yrs--everyone will have a 3D printer in their house. Awesome.

Maybe, but I think it'll be a boon to society in many ways.

4. Marriage rates continue to plummet for 20-30 yr olds--as men go on strike against draconian divorce legislation.

God I hope so. It may take a demographic disaster in the West (like the Japanese have) to have any chance of changing the culture.

5. Male birth control pill finally reaches commercial production. 3-5 yrs

Yes, hopefully so. My money says the FDA (or some other "medical organization") finds a way to declare it unsafe.

6. Feminism keeps going despite some valiant Red Pill resistance--Hillary or some woman will become President in the next 20 yrs. Janet Yellen already the most powerful person on Earth as Fed chairman

Feminism is here to stay, and in some ways, that's not horrible. In others, however, it is (i.e. fat acceptance). Allowing women to hold jobs and asking for equal rights isn't the worst. However, if they want equal rights, they need to be forced to assume equal responsibility. I don't think Hillary will be the president or even the Democratic nominee. After 8 years of Obozo, the Democrats are going to have a tough time in 2016.

7. Gold rebounds and spikes to $4500 in 2015 before crashing back down

Almost a certainty.

8. Spanish becomes the official language of California (20 yrs)--English will still be allowed though, but government publications, etc will be printed in Spanish.

Not going to happen, the United States' official language is English. There may be a shift towards more Spanish, but it's not supplanting English anytime soon.

9. Venezuela/Argentina will become great investment opportunities once the current Communist governments are overthrown in bloody coups. I will be buying property in these countries when this happens. 2 yrs

Hopefully, yes. Unfortunately, the US has had a history of supporting dictators, albeit right-wing dictators.

My comments in bold, and I'll add a few.

1. The US Dollar's value collapses, and it ceases to be the reserve currency. I don't know what will supplant it, but I'm betting on the Yuan, although China has massive internal problems.

2. Iran gets an atomic bomb. It's going to happen.

3. The manosphere goes mainstream (Tuthmosis' article almost did it on its own)

4. Russia reverts to being a full dictatorship (without the premise of elections or anything like that). A second Cold War starts.

5. The Democrats or the Republicans are replaced by a third party. It happens every so often, and we're way overdue for a party realignment.

6. Manufacturing leaves China and moves back to North America (this is limitedly happening already).

If you're not fucking her, someone else is.

Lets be real here, there is no way in hell that sex robots would be allowed to reach that far that fast. The powers that be would never allow it due to the backlash from broads. i dont see it catching on with the majority of guys that have options. Think about this, there is a reason why the majority of sex toys that are built are used by women and not men.

I agree- China is going to use its increasing gold reserves and financial power to establish the yuan as a new reserve currency. Fed won't be able to print anymore money without destroying the dollar. Load up on as much fixed dollar denominated debt as possible and purchase income producing assets.

2. Iran gets an atomic bomb. It's going to happen.

I don't think the Mossad will allow this. Israel does not fuck around with threats. Look at Stuxnet (on record created by Mossad/CIA). They also bombed Saddam in the 80's when he was trying to develop nuclear weapons.

3. The manosphere goes mainstream (Tuthmosis' article almost did it on its own)

Good and bad implications. Just wait until some emotionally unstable fat/anorexic feminist commits suicide live on FB or some other social media venue (that seems the way to do it these days) and holds up Tuth's benign article and blames the "evil" manosphere for her decision. The Manosphere is one false flag event away from being labeled hate speech and banned/censored on the internet.

I predict that in 10 years, the red pill community will have grown large enough to have its ideas in the mainstream media and will be able to effectively fight against feminism.

In 5 years, ROK will be bigger than sites like Jizzebel. Writers will be able to reveal their identity without concerns of losing their jobs.

Roosh will be invited on The View.

Regarding your comments on 2 and 3.

2. I would normally say that's true, but Iran has moved production to mountains. A bombing attack (with anything less than a nuclear warhead, and maybe even that) probably wouldn't work. Mossad is the best intelligence agency in the world (they probably know everything there is to know about Anonymous). However, they don't have unlimited power and are going to have difficulty delaying Iran's atomic program anymore than they have.

I hope they succeed, but who knows.

3. Yeah, it does have positive and negative implications. As you probably know, SPLC has called Roosh an "agent of hatred" or something like that. I would hope that some delusional feminist (or mangina) wouldn't do that, but who the hell knows? My opinion is that we're going to see the beliefs in the manosphere infiltrate mainstream society throughout the next 5-10 years.

In some ways, I think the manosphere's "coming out party" will be somewhat like that of game. Some Neil Strauss-like journalist will talk to Roosh or one of the other guys and spend some serious time in it. Then he'll come out and write a book like Strauss' The Game: Infiltrating the Secret Society of Pickup Artists, which while not being a particularly good book, will raise awareness of it. Of course, I would venture to say that less than 5% of all males have actually learned game (and the 5% who are naturals), especially in the US, where betatude seems to be at an all time high, but that's still how I believe it'll happen.

If you're not fucking her, someone else is.

I think the government is scared of men who are choose to never settle down and have kids. As such - I can see a single person tax being introduced.

Although - that tax already exists in an indirect sense since single people already help fund certain benefits taxes which are only applicable to couples and children.

The Chinese masses particularly men weary of working to make things they can't afford, the Nike shoes the Iphones of the world along with their desperate desire to find suitable wives will take to the seas invading all nations. These Chinese ass raping pirates will not worry about the one child rule and in 200 years everyone will be part Chinese. Feminists and white knights will become extinct unfortunately as they in a daring effort will perform slut walk protests against the invading Chinese Horde. This will backfire and incite the thirstiness of the pirates brought about from decades of living in a cultivated sausage fest. The white knights in a valiant effort will defend their feminist sisters with devastatingly snark and snide comments exposing the misogyny of the pirates, however since most of the invading pirates do not know any English they will be immune to such destructive tactics and kill most of the white knights within a span of a week succumbing to their lightning quick chopsticks . A golden age of chow mein and chicken fried rice will then commence.

I predicted there would be a racial brouhaha ginned up by the media right before the 2012 elections, and we then had the Trayvon mess.

Look for this to happen again before the 2014 elections, especially if the media can find a skeleton in a candidate's closet that can be exploited.

No crystal ball needed.

1). Upscale, suburban Yuppie parents will start requiring their daughters to date girls and take other girls to proms, etc. With fewer boys going to college and with female sexuality being more fluid, parents will begin to see other women, not men, as the default mates for their daughters.

As such, girls will be officially divided into two categories: girly girls and dudettes (the division is now unofficial). The dudettes will be the athletic ones and career-oriented ones with boys names like Riley and Darby. And they'll be the ones who replace boys on the radars of the girly girls, who still have names like Maddy and Hayley.

2). The infrastructure of the US will crumble. Men are leaving the labor force in droves. But it's men who maintain everything from your running water to the bridges you drive over to the power you use. When men stop running these things, we devolve into a Third World country. Women won't run them, so we'll no longer have First World conveniences.

3). Sex between women and pets becomes a trend. We're already close to this. Since the 1980s, the primary relationships of many women have gone from humans to animals. Now we have women's erotic novels on Amazon where they're savaged by bigfoot. We also have instances of women "marrying" their dogs. These trends will all merge soon. In much the way we've come to accept lesbianism, we'll accept women with animals and those who criticize it will be called "speciesist."

Hilary Clinton is elected our president and commander in chief, under her leadership US forces will suffer a disastrous defeat on the battlefield, one so overwhelming that future generations will learn about it alongside other Empire stopping battles such as the defeat of the Legions by Arminius in the Teutoburg Forest, and the defeat of the Muslims by Martel at Tours. Or, Hilary will let political conditions deteriorate and hand over to her successor an inevitable war.

Miss Hilary's election will be a signal to the Narcos that the US is weaker than ever. The cartels will start asserting de facto control over the Hispanic majority areas on the US side of the border similar to how FARC and ELN governs and collects taxes in large areas of Columbia. Expect to see kidnappings, extortion, large prison riots where after the dust settles, key leaders are unaccounted for. Outgunned nativist militias led by GWOT veterans will form fight against heavily armed narco footsoldiers, also led by GWOT veterans. The local monthly shootouts will become so commonplace that they're briefly reported in the news after weather but before sports. The administration's response will be to pass even greater unconstitutional gun confiscation and restriction laws, along with rolling back the individual state Marijuana legalization laws by guns of the DEA.

In a last gasp attempt to maintain offices in DC, the entire GOP congressional leadership marches in annual Pride parade before opening an outreach center in the Castro district. Lindsey Graham and Rand Paul publicly wed.

Hillary starts looking inevitable to be the next president, but an anti-Hillary progressive wing starts looking for a candidate to consolidate around

Worldwide:
Ukraine instability gets worse with talk of potential breakup of the country
Thailand instability gets worse and the Thai King finally passes reigniting a crisis
One other TBD country has a major leadership crisis
Assad still in power in Syria by end of 2014
Iran negotiations go well and talks of attacking Iran become muted

My own personal opinion: China will have massive social problems in 10-15 years, and will fall in one of the ciclical chinese civil wars. Very bloody civil war.

As for Argentina, the current administration is not comunist, is populist, a diferent kind of beast, and it have its days counted, and yes, i will be a good time to buy property. Venezuela, will have it worse, i can see armed conflicts there while Maduro keep loosing power.

I really doubt sex robots will be as advanced as you think in 10 years. Think about the computers, internet, smartphones and software of 2004 and it isn't that much better. There aren't any prototypes that you could easily extend in your head to today like you could with smartphones for example. Real dolls aren't flying off the shelves today. General human robot prototypes look like they'll need a lot more work to get to anything workable that could pass the uncanny valley and not feel like your interacting with a zombie.

Also many guys already have an aversion to hiring having sex with hookers. How much better is it in Germany for example, where prostitution has been legal for quite a while? Believe it or not, guys want that 'girlfriend experience'.

Lets take a look at how I fared for my 2014 predictions.

In the manosphere

Correct - The UVA rape story was a huge story but didn't focus quite as much on the manosphere as I likely imagined. What's interesting is the intellectual debate around certain topics is picking up manosphere ideas and not necessarily crediting them, which could be a good thing overall. Additionally GamerGate brought the manosphere to record awareness.

Quote: (01-26-2014 08:51 PM)tpiddy Wrote:

Mostly correct - Doxxing has become a big issue and some notable people related to gamer-gate have been affected. We haven't seen any very high profile attacks though.

Quote: (01-26-2014 08:51 PM)tpiddy Wrote:

Correct - The bears and doom and gloom crowd continue to miss gains in the stock market. To top it off they were likely heavy gold and commodities and not only missed upside but got a huge wack from the falling oil prices.

Semi-Correct - Obamacare is likely more popular now and enrollment is definitely up but we have seen some notable democrats attack it a bit. It remains to be seen if it will be a real negative in the 2016 election for democrats. Immigration reform did not pass but Obama acted alone.

Quote: (01-26-2014 08:51 PM)tpiddy Wrote:

Correct - The pro-weed lobby continues to get higher.

Quote: (01-26-2014 08:51 PM)tpiddy Wrote:

Correct - Elizabeth Warren is a household name among most democrats who want someone more progressive than Hillary but she won't run. Jim Webb is the only other person who has gotten any buzz on the democratic side.

Worldwide:
Quote: (01-26-2014 08:51 PM)tpiddy Wrote:

Semi-Correct - With the jet liner and other unresolved issues the regional stability isn't there yet.

Quote: (01-26-2014 08:51 PM)tpiddy Wrote:

Mostly incorrect - Thailand was fairly stable this year and the King still reigns.

Incorrect? - We didn't see Cuba, Venezuela, Egypt, North Korea or any other really notable countries have a real leadership crisis. The closest thing you cold argue was Hong Kong protests.

Correct - But the middle east is a mess still regardless.

Overall not a bad record, looks about like a 10 good calls and 3 not so good ones. How'd everyone else do?

Time to start thinking about 2015 predictions.

I would say that you were correct on this one as "Abenomics" (stupid term) is clearly a failure and Japan is in recession. Sadly the country has doubled down and is in line for a lot worse.
