Glad to see Tuth's post on ROK today because I've been thinking about this over the last couple of weeks.

All of my bangs this year have been from Night Game so I decided to do some Day Game. I am near a large uni but there are many residential areas around it.

The last week I've hit Starbucks and two or three other coffee shops. I'm sitting in one right now with about a 10:1 male/female ratio. The ratio seems to get worse everyday.

Where are the chicks? Yes, the students are away for the holidays but what about local talent? Are they locked up in a castle tower somewhere?

Hah hah, dude, I noticed that same thing a few years ago. Everywhere I went (Bar, supermarket, party, etc.) always had less girls than guys. Hell, even my graduating class was only 33% female.

Here's the thing: Are you noticing ALL the females, or only the hot ones? As guys we're pre-programmed to notice really good looking girls, but average to ugly girls don't even register on our radar. They may as well be non-existent. I'm guilty of this aspect, where I'll go to a bar or club and only count the girls I'd fuck as being "present females". I only tend to notice every guy as being part of the total guy population because they're my competition so I have to look out for all of them.

As far as guys being competition, there might be more guys because we're the "hunters" and the girls are our "prey". We have to actively go out and search the poon, but a girl can just sit around and receive male attention in class, at the supermarket, or even at home on the internet. I've also noticed a lot of hot girls get sick of unwanted male attention and choose to stay in and have girls' night. It also depends on where you live - Big cities have better looking and younger women than small towns. I live in NYC but went out to a bar in my small hometown last week. The hottest girl at this hometown bar was about a NYC 6, if that. Meanwhile I could go to a bar in Manhattan and most of the girls will be over 6's.

The hunter/prey thing might help you feel sharp and edgy, but it could also be sending out Thirsty Guy vibe, and that shit is repellant. I've started to learn that calibration and alignment is crucial to sending out the right vibe, and that has a seasonal effect as well. The same internal state of heightened masculinity and sexuality is going to be received differently between a night club in August and a snowy Starbucks in December. Girls are likely to feel sexually thirsty/contented as the seasons change. If you don't match her baseline, she's going to find you weird and needy.

For whatever reason lately, I've felt an incredible surge in my baseline libido and its been getting me approaching more often, but I'm taking more blowouts, because my baseline vibe is all about the nut.

Luckily, I squirreled away some fuckbuddy poos during the summer months and it's been getting me through.

I'll recommend too that you hit fairs, art exhibitions and places where most dudes wouldn't go. Fuck, even abortion clinics are populated with more talent. Find some event calendar and you'll find something for each night. Who knows, maybe you discover something about yourself like I did. I went to photography fair to pick up chicks and now one of my main hobbies is DSLR photography.

Unfortunately this is pretty true. At least its what I've found this holiday season in the US. Christmas pretty much is dead and NYE is usually a bust so it's tough to 'game' over the holidays. Hence the 'I'm staying home on NYE' thread.

My experience with winter is a bit different. I usually do my best hook ups in the fall and winter (October to February usually), but I do notice there are so many more girls in the summer.

I'd imagine girls also get a lot less attention in the winter, what with big jackets and snow boots not being exceptionally sexy attire. I wonder if there are any resources on Winter Game. I'd imagine it's easier to get a girl to your place when it's cold out and you have heat and a nice warm bed.

Here we have two Christmases (Catholic and Orthodox). One is in December and the other is tomorrow, so you can imagine how drained of money and energy people are through January. Also, exams (15.01. to 31.01. in most of our colleges).
