I have no idea how you would get 2000+ calories per day only eating meat 2-3 times per week and low carb. I restrict myself to around 700 calories a day from grains (rice), and need to have lots of meat, fish, eggs, nuts and cheese to get up around 2000.

I tried to find coconut oil to cook with but no luck finding that in a mexican supermarket
