Hey guys, I have been feverishly working away on developing a social networking website.

It's specifically for location independent people and features include :

* Ability to setup project getaway type events and share the cost of living in a luxury pad in a paradise location anywhere in the world with like minded creative, location independent people

* Insite micro blogging (kinda like twitter or facebook's the wall)

* Setup your own group clubhouse. There are lots of different location independent people and a group is a place for them to hangout and chat (example tech entreprenuers, online poker players, graphic designers, iPhone app developers) etc

* Pics / photo gallery

* Video clip gallery

* Personal profile

* In site messaging so you can message other memebers

* Forum so you can discuss location independent lifestyle plans, strategies, locations, ways of making money etc.

* Twitter integration

With other features to come like google maps integration, facebook connect etc.

The site is in alpha testing mode right now. I have switched off registration so the only way to get an account is to be invited.

I like how this site is going to be strictly non-PUA oriented. Whenever I've met up with large groups of PUAs, I've had a less than great time.

The site is looking good, when I have more time this month I'm going to check it out in more detail. It's come a long way from the original concept and you guys should check it out.

Hey Lumiere,
I really like the idea of connecting location independent people through a social networking side. Since the site is a portal for location independent people looking to split costs on a sick pad, it would be cool if there was a place on the site for people to come together and discuss locations. I know that kind of thing goes on in some threads here on the forum, but not everyone on ProjectGateway comes here.

I'm not really active in the PUA community - as you may have noticed I rarely if ever post on the game/chicks/swooping part of this forum.

I get along better with entrepreneurs than any other group of people.
