first of all if your bulking you want to eat CARBS trying to lift under carbed especially for a skinny guy like yourself will lead to fatigue and injuries. eat an even ratio of fats carbs and proteins, a high fat high protien is more for weight loss.
Your eating waaaay too much protein 200g is rediculuous for a natural trainer like yourself you only need 0.9xlean mass to gain muscle anything else is useless you dont have that fast of a protein turnover unless your on roids.
Also get your Thyroid tested here are the labs you need
T3
T4
rT3
rT4
TSH
check your body temp with mouth thermometor after waking up. if it is not near 98.6 you have a slight thyroid problem, take iodine supplement, any will work at a high dosage about 50mg for two week, and use iodize salf. Iodine is the basis for thyroid hormones
check your adrenals, cortisol
then if that fails check Test: total test, free test, estradiol, SHBG, , if it is low ask for an HPTA restart with nolvadex or clomid. If that doesnt work then go on TRT.

This may sound strange but try drinking more water. I read an article about the importance of water and drinking 8-10 glasses a day minimum. It must be true because whenever I feel a bit sluggish and I go and drink a glass of water I'm right back up and about.
The rewards I see from working is what made me an addict.
There's way more people that want it than people that have it.

Also, would it be a good idea to use caffeine for evenings? Caffeine seems to help me a bit - I can do 100 mg caffeine and I will still fall asleep easily as I feel that tired. I would cycle it on and off.
No, that would be about as bad an idea as one can come up with.
1. Caffeine is something you
never want to consume late -- even if you can fall asleep the quality of your sleep will be compromised.
2. You don't want to "cycle on and off" caffeine unless your goal is to screw with your brain and sleeping patterns and induce headaches. If you take it, you want to take a relatively consistent amount at about the same time of day -- in the first half of your day, and never on an empty stomach.
3. Finally, if you have a problem with fatigue, taking a drug that depletes your adrenals over time is not a good long-term solution. It is likely to leave you more net tired than before.

Also depends on your life. I had this period in my life, a long time, when I was tremendously depressed. Instead of getting increasingly frustrated, my libido and everything else shut down. If a blood test comes fine (lime mine did back then), then you should look for the answer between your eyes. I don't know you at all but depending on how your situation is, it can be correlated with depression. (Real depression, not the shit manginas and cunts do and say to get attention).

I was feeling low energy myself and it didn't make sense since I am in an optimal place for energy (sunny Florida).
I did a few things. I stopped eating garri daily and started back with my brown rice and my normal meats.
I was taking zinc daily but I went to Walmart and bought a Super B-complex by Spring valley.
I only drink water and I don't booze weekly.
My energy levels are optimal now and I don't feel like snoozing during the day.
Hope that helps.

I got all those symptoms and I got a check up and discovered I was hypothyroid. That means the body doesn't produce enough Thyroid hormone as mentioned before your tsh, t4, etc balances might be fucked up. Then you get regular a supplement and you are done. If I don't take the supplement I get all these symptoms again.
It can also be psychological. Thinking too much or too little about this might actually drop your energy levels, I'd also have in mind if there is any lack of REAL motivation in your life, maybe in long term plans, personal ambitions, etc. could lead to a mental blockage, stagnation, etc.
Hope you can fix this, it actually really sucks not to feel enough energy.
